Hello, my name Patrice Auguste. When it comes to life and navigating the complexities such as depression, anxiety, stress, especially when they stem from personal relationships or family dynamics, it can feel isolating and overwhelming. As a licensed professional with a deep understanding of these challenges, I'm here to offer a supportive and understanding environment where your feelings are validated and addressed with care. Together, we will explore the root causes of your struggles, empowering you with the tools to manage and overcome these difficulties
Our first session is all about laying the foundation. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and compassion. We’ll take time to get to know each other—I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and how you’ve been coping so far. We’ll also go over important background information, discuss your goals for therapy, and talk through any questions or concerns you may have about the process. You won’t be pressured to share everything at once. We move at your pace, and you set the tone for how deep or how light we start. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and clear about your next steps. Therapy is a collaborative process, and this is just the beginning of building a space that works for you.
What sets my work apart is my ability to connect deeply and authentically, especially with clients who may not have felt seen or heard in traditional therapy spaces. I bring a culturally grounded, trauma-informed approach that blends clinical skill with real-world understanding
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Our clients may be navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, and are seeking a safe space to process, grow, and heal. Whether you feel stuck, uncertain, or simply ready for something different, you are open to reflection, support, and taking intentional steps toward a healthier and more balanced life.

Eclectic
In my clinical practice, I use an eclectic treatment approach, which allows me to tailor interventions to the unique needs, backgrounds, and presenting issues of each client. Rather than strictly adhering to one theoretical orientation, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including CBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care—to create a flexible, client-centered treatment plan. This approach has been especially effective when working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families presenting with complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
