Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed professional counselor specializing in supporting individuals—especially college, graduate students, and high functioning adults—living with chronic illness, anxiety, and high academic pressure. I help clients navigate people-pleasing, perfectionism, and identity development with compassion and care. My approach is collaborative, paced, and grounded in building self-trust and realistic, chosen joy. Don’t be a stranger and reach out today if you are ready to prioritize support in your life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Think of our first session as the time where you get to tell YOUR story. Maybe this is the first time you have been able to share the world through your eyes. I am here to listen. We will then identify the areas that you want to improve in your life and map out strong goals to create the change in yourself that you have wanted for so long.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I also am a chronic illness warrior myself and bring a unique connection to our sessions. Having someone who can say "they've been there" can make the struggles feel less isolating. I also like to meet you where you are and come from a warm approach. Expect some humor and a little quirkiness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My jam is working with clients who live with chronic illness and/or navigating school struggles, and those who are new moms. I've worked with many clients who have an invisible disease such as Lupus, EDS, Myasthenia Gravis, POTS, Fertility issues, PCOS, etc. Though each condition is vastly different, each client shares the same feelings of isolation, fear, grief, and sadness. Together, we will process these tough feelings and create strong goals to rediscover healthy ways to live a full life again!

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

In our session, I want you to feel safe, seen and heard. Think of connecting over a cup of tea and you are venting about your most recent flare up or life transition. I am here to provide a space where you can decompress and leave feeling empowered.

This was my first time ever doing therapy and I love that Christina listened to me (even when I was crying) and she took in all that mentioned to her. She allowed me to be transparent in our very first session. She was very warm, kind and full of empathy! I feel that I am on my way to a better me! She's my therapist for life!🥰
