New to Grow
Throughout my mental health career, I have gained experience working with adolescents, adults and families with a variety of mental health diagnosis, including anxiety, ODD, physical and sexual abuse, eating disorders and more. My work with community agencies included intakes, assessments and long-term individual and/or family therapy utilizing several therapeutic modality techniques. I have gained the knowledge and clinical experience essential for working with a culturally diverse populations with varying types of mental diagnosis, as well as working effectively with a treatment team. I am able to develop working relationships and collaborate with other staff and community agencies to assist clients in meeting their treatment goals leading to autonomy. I am committed to working collaboratively with clients in deciding treatment goals.
The first session is just us getting to know each other and seeing if it’s a good fit.
I listen and will not judge. That’s not my job, my job is to listen.
I am ready to work with anyone because we all have issues, it’s how we address them.
I believe in utilizing multiple theoretical approach because like not everyone is the same. My clients deserve to be treated as individuals.
