In our first session, we'll start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges our facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Clinical mental health, substance abuse and couples therapy are my passions as a therapist. I believe our unique patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviors are significant factors in our experiences, both good and bad. Since these patterns have such a significant impact on our experiences, it makes sense that altering these patterns can change our experiences.
