My name is Feryal (pronounced Fur-yal) Katsikas (pronounced Cat-see-kus) M.A. LPCC. I have been practicing mental health counseling for the past 7 years. Prior to working in mental health, I have years of experience in travel and make-up artistry. I've always known that I wanted to help others. I'm fascinated by the human mind and how our experiences shape who we are today. I believe we have the power to choose our authentic selves, regardless of background, and that music, movement, and nutrition contribute to better mental health.
