I’m a mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and enhance their well-being. Through approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strength-based strategies, I support clients in identifying their strengths, overcoming obstacles, and achieving their personal goals. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, fostering growth and resilience along the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we’ll begin by discussing your reasons for seeking therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and goals. This initial conversation helps me get to know you and establish a foundation for our work together. We’ll also talk about what to expect from our sessions, explore any concerns you might have about the process, and discuss confidentiality and how I can best support you. By the end of the session, clients will have a clearer understanding of how we can work together toward their goals and feel more comfortable moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider include compassion, a collaborative approach, flexibility, and being easy to talk to.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, time-limited approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In my practice, I emphasize helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to their emotional distress.

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy focuses on identifying and leveraging a client's inherent strengths and resources to foster resilience and promote positive change. In my practice, I prioritize this approach to empower clients and help them navigate challenges.
