In our first session together, here's what you can expect

What you need is where we start. Our first meeting is all about introductions and rapport. You as the client are the expert, and you will get to dive in at the chance to let me into your life to begin seeing where I can be of assitance.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Helping others has always come second nature for me and finding a profession that allowed me to use that skill and taught how to be even better at it has been the best!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love being for others what I know my loved ones and I needed at one point or another in our lives. Mental health is such a huge part of being successful, being happy, and making our dreams a reality and I thoroughly enjoy helping people through that journey. You are not alone.
