I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. Many clients come to me when they want support that feels honest and grounding - someone who can challenge them while still feeling safe and understood. I see therapy as us walking the path together, helping you feel less alone and hopeful as we make sense of what you’ve been carrying.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a starting point, not a deep dive. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what led you here, and discussing what you’d like therapy to look like. You’re welcome to share at your own pace - there’s no pressure to have insight or answers right away. This time is about building comfort and direction moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where people feel genuinely safe to be honest - even about the parts of themselves that they don’t fully understand yet. I balance warmth with gentle challenge, helping clients notice patterns, gain perspective, and stay connected to themselves along the way. The feedback that I receive from clients is that sessions often feel thoughtful, attuned, and grounded in human connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may be a good fit for my practice if you feel disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying experiences you haven’t fully made sense of yet. Many of my clients don’t come in with insight or answers - just a sense that something isn’t working in their lives. Together, we slow things down, gently explore what’s underneath, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease within yourself.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help client understand relationship and emotional patterns that were shape by earlier life experiences. Therapy focuses on building safety, increasing self-understanding, and developing supportive ways of connecting to yourself and others.

EMDR

I use EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult life experiences that leave them feeling stuck or continue to impact their daily life. This approach supports the brain’s natural healing process, allowing memories to feel less intense over time. We always move at a pace that feels comfortable and prioritizes collaboration and your safety.

Narrative

I use narrative therapy to help clients explore the stories they carry about themselves and the parts of them that were created along the way. We approach these stories with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for more supportive and meaningful narratives to be written.
