LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
I have over 12 years of experience in behavioral health, supporting individuals in both inpatient and outpatient treatment. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, anger, family stress, and substance use, as well as those who feel stuck or uncertain about their next steps. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported.
In the first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your background, current concerns, and goals, while also giving you space to share what feels most important. Together we will create a plan that feels clear and manageable so you leave with a sense of direction.
I bring experience in both mental health and substance use treatment, using approaches that respect each person’s unique needs. I rely on evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and supportive counseling. My greatest strength is meeting clients where they are and helping them build practical tools for lasting change.
I work well with people who are ready to make changes but may feel unsure of how to begin. Many of my clients are managing the effects of mental health concerns, addiction, or difficult life transitions. I help them build coping skills, strengthen support systems, and set realistic goals so they can move forward with confidence and stability.
