Hello, I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counsellor ( LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters degree from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for 10 years. I have helped young adults, adults and older adults struggling with stress, and anxiety reach their full potential. By utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs, I aim to empower you on your journey to better mental health and well-being. Together, we will navigate your experiences and achieve meaningful change in your life.
In our first session we will do introductions, creating a comfortable atmosphere and building trust by getting to know you and goals for sessions.
I have 10 years of experience working with different age groups and families. During these years I enjoy listening to my patients and creating a safe space for them to freely express themselves and their needs. I bring a non judgmental attitude allowing patients to explore their thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. As a provider I adapt and flexible to therapeutic approaches that will best fit the needs and goals of my patients.
I am passionate working with patients from all ages. My patients at times struggle when life is “lifing” and don’t have the tools needed to overcome these challenges. They feel stuck and anxious about life and events.
CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thoughts which then leads to patients being able to respond to challenging situations in a more clear and effective way.
Clients will be lead counseling session allowing them to explore their own thoughts and feeling in order to achieve self-awareness and personal growth.
