I am a board-certified therapist in Arizona and Illinois with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, which honors the unique reasons each client has for beginning their therapeutic journey. My work is grounded in openness, empathy, and respect for your individual experience. I strive to create an environment where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely supported, and begin to make sense of what you are carrying. My role is to offer both compassionate presence and practical guidance as you move toward the changes that matter most to you. I view therapy as a shared process built on trust and collaboration. Together, we will identify your goals, strengthen helpful skills, and deepen insight in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. I am committed to adapting our work to fit you, not the other way around.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I know many people feel more comfortable when they know what to expect, so in our first session I will briefly review my policies and what therapy together may look like. My goal is to help you feel informed and at ease from the start. I also believe therapy works best when your unique perspective is truly valued. We will spend time exploring what brought you to therapy now and what would make this process feel helpful and worthwhile for you moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe to be themselves and do meaningful work. I take a flexible, individualized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model, blending empathy with practical tools. Clients often leave sessions feeling both deeply understood and better equipped to move forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients navigating a variety of mental health symptoms, attachment challenges, life transitions, and identity-related experiences. I have experience supporting LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent clients and create a safe, understanding space where you can build resilience, gain confidence, and make meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I take an eclectic approach to therapy because I know that no single method works for everyone. What matters most to me is the relationship we build together, since feeling safe and understood is often what makes real change possible. I take time to really get to know your story, and from there, we will shape an approach that fits you and what you need most.
