With over 20 years of experience in individual and family therapy, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that will be tailored to your goals. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, drawing from several modalities we choose together. I especially enjoy exploring the mind- body connection that is such an important component of mental health. You can expect to feel heard, respected and supported as we focus on meaningful and sustainable change.
Your first session is a chance to see if we are a good fit and begin building a safe, trusting relationship. If you're ready to explore healing at a deeper level, I invite you to click through my website to view availability and schedule your first appointment on line.
I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment to adults and families with intense mental health needs. I have learned there is never only 1 right answer or way of doing things and being flexible to learn and grow is essential to the therapeutic relationship.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating intense life changes, or wanting deeper healing- not just quick fixes- you do not have to do it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with your emotional and physical well being. Together we can work toward gaining clarity, resilience and gain insights that support lasting growth.

Never having been in therapy, I took a chance with Rebecca and found that we clicked right away. She has continually tried to understand me better and help me understand why I react or do things the way I do things. She has continually helped me to find ways to see what helps and what doesn't. She doesn't make me feel less than or judged when I do or say something. I would highly recommend her.

First session and I immediately knew this was the right fit. Slow pace, genuinely listens, asks the right questions. I Walked in carrying a lot and left with clarity and a clear primary goal. Rare to find someone who gets the lay of your universe that quickly. Highly recommend.
