New to Grow
With over 20 years of experience in individual and family therapy, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that will be tailored to your goals. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, drawing from several modalities we choose together. I especially enjoy exploring the mind- body connection that is such an important component of mental health. You can expect to feel heard, respected and supported as we focus on meaningful and sustainable change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment to adults and families with intense mental health needs. I have learned there is never only 1 right answer or way of doing things and being flexible to learn and grow is essential to the therapeutic relationship.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
If you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating intense life changes, or wanting deeper healing- not just quick fixes- you do not have to do it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with your emotional and physical well being. Together we can work toward gaining clarity, resilience and gain insights that support lasting growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In practice I use CBT to empower individuals to identify and challenge their negative thought patterns.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT therapy enables individuals to not only challenge negative thinking, it helps them change their relationship to negative thoughts.
Attachment-based
Attachment therapy recognizes early trauma and fosters a trust filled relationship in the therapeutic relationship.
Mind-body approach
Treatment explores the connection between mental health and the physical body.
