In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session begins with Viola checking in with the client about current events or concerns since the intake session. This brief check-in helps establish rapport and assess the client’s present needs. The session then transitions to reviewing the goals and objectives identified during intake, allowing both counselor and client to clarify priorities and collaboratively begin the therapeutic process together.
