I help teenagers and adults work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges that may be affecting their relationships and goals.
I have been in the mental health field for more than a decade, and have been a licensed counselor since 2021. I am passionate about working with people to achieve breakthroughs in their lives, improve their understanding of what they need and want, and improve boundaries with those around them.
Asking for help can push us outside our comfort zone, but that’s often where real growth begins. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. You don’t have to do this alone. (También hablo español.)
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 35 years of experience. My personal experiences with depression and anxiety as a teenager inspired me to become a therapist. Originally from Chicago, I have lived in Phoenix and enjoy the western US lifestyle. I hope to return to Phoenix one day. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my two adult children, family, and friends, as well as travel, good food, and animal rescue.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations (youngest 5 years old and oldest 94), young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 would be better served in an office setting, in my opinion.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 35 years now, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
My name is S. Bryce Bennett, Psy.D. I am a clinical psychologist that practices in both clinical forensic settings. I also have extensive experience providing both group and individual therapy. I specialize in trauma; I am a Certified Adolescent and Child Trauma Professional, a Clinically Certified Trauma Professional, and a Certified Family Trauma Professional. In addition to trauma, I also specialize in treating juveniles with sexually maladaptive behaviors; pornography concerns; adults with sexual paraphilias or sexual behavior concerns; and have experience treating individuals with a variety of other mental health diagnoses. I also have extensive experience with working with clients that have an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis and have worked with multiple youths and adults with this diagnosis. During the COVD-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned my groups to telehealth, and then returned to in-person groups in ’23. I also successfully transitioned my individual client caseload to telehealth, and have continued telehealth practice since this time. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, painting, listening to music or Dungeon and Dragons podcasts, and spending time with my family.

Hello! I'm Vicky Snyder. I have 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am a Master's level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My passion is faith-based counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addictions, and relationship issues. Hi, I’m Cary. I work with adults healing from trauma, including betrayal, childhood wounds, emotional abuse, and painful relationship experiences. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or disconnection and want to feel grounded and secure again.
Trauma can quietly shape how we see ourselves and others. It can impact trust, boundaries, emotional regulation, and our ability to feel safe in relationships. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what happened, and begin healing at the root.
I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help you process painful experiences and reduce emotional overwhelm. Our work is collaborative and paced to support both safety and growth.

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, caring, and non-judgmental space to work with clients. Whatever that struggle may be, I believe that the human spirit is strong and capable of healing. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures.
Though I have experience working with a wide range of people, my passion is to help young adults who struggle with trauma, depression, grief, and/or anxiety to process their life stories, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills needed for the life they desire.

I have been licensed for over 15 years and have worked with many people and populations to feel better and live their best life! The pressures of being everything to everyone can be overwhelming.
I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in residential and outpatient settings.
I have provided treatment for individuals of all ages with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have had successful experience in addressing Stress, Anxiety, Family conflicts, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Depression, Relationship issues, Addictions, Parenting issues, Adjustment issues/Coping with life changes, self-esteem, and Anger management. Hello! I am a dual licensed (LCSW and LCAS) clinician who received my Master's Degree from Fayetteville State University. I work with individual clients of all ages, such as children who have behavioral problems; late adolescents with educational and career concerns or substance abuse problems; adults facing marital or family difficulties, or career changes; and older adults facing situational/developmental life challenges.
Hi, my name is Ilana. I am a LMHC based in Florida and an LPC in Arizona. I got my masters from Auburn University. I have been working with Mental health and addiction since 2020. I have worked with clients with all different types of backgrounds, mental health disorders, traumas, and sexualities. I focus on changing thinking patterns and behaviors. I have a true passion for changing lives.
While I am a therapist first, I am a social worker second, and am passionate about addressing the ways trauma impacts not just individuals, but society as a whole. Outside of being a therapist and social worker, I also take care of my rescue kitty, Squish. When she is not hiding my art supplies, I most enjoy creating mixed media art while perfecting my latest playlist. I also most enjoy time spent with close family and friends, engaged in fun, comedic banter.
I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and compulsive behaviors using evidence-based methods proven to work: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).
I'm not a general talk therapist-I focus specifically on adults struggling with OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, skin picking, hair pulling, hoarding, and depression that hasn't responded to traditional therapy.
If "just stop worrying" actually worked, you wouldn't be here. You need targeted, specialized treatment for the specific patterns that feel impossible to control-intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, checking rituals, avoidance, or compulsive behaviors.
My approach is warm and straightforward. I genuinely care about helping you succeed, and I'll give you practical tools and honest guidance about what the process involves and how we'll create real change in your daily life.
Have you been feeling little or no enjoyment in the things that used to bring you joy? Do you feel stuck in negative thought patterns or easily irritated? Maybe you are longing for close relationships with others, but once conflict arises or someone begins to be vulnerable, you become scared, which in turn leads you to pull away from those you love.
My aim is to join with you in your therapeutic journey and merely facilitate the process of healing, as I believe each person has the potential and strength within them to overcome whatever adversity they have experienced. I look forward to knowing and understanding each person’s heart, as there is so much beauty, victory, and joy waiting to be unlocked within you all!

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.
I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012, after earning my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I’m licensed in Florida, Arizona, and Massachusetts. Over the years, I’ve worked with people dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce, parenting and co-parenting challenges, military life, and serious illness. I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate tough seasons of life, and I aim to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can talk things through, explore your emotions, and figure out practical steps forward. I take a collaborative approach and always tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and supporting their journey of acceptance, increasing resilience, and improving the quality of their life.
I love getting to know the people that I work with, and with a collaborative and nonjudgmental mindset, together we will identify goals and values, and the barriers that prevent them from getting there.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been providing therapeutic services to children and adults since 2015.
If you are ready to make a change, let’s get started today. I look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey.

Hello and welcome! My name is Carlton Hemphill, a 34-year-old Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois who is also board certified (NCC). I received my Masters from Roosevelt University in Clinical Psychology-Counseling Practice with a concentration on child and families. I have been working in the field since 2015, and practicing as an independent clinician in my own private practice since June 2023
I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim their sense of safety, self-worth, and hope after experiencing physical, emotional or psychological abuse. My work focuses on supporting those impacted by domestic abuse and coercive control, as well as individuals navigating the long-term effects of trauma. Whether you’re a survivor of an abusive relationship, grew up in a controlling environment, or are struggling to understand patterns of emotional manipulation, you don’t have to face it alone. Healing from trauma takes courage, and my role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your voice and story truly matter.
I still love what I do after 26 years. I have extensive experience in Christian Counseling, Addiction, PTSD, Trauma, Sex-Offenders, and Obsessive-Compulsive behaviors. I currently am NOT providing therapy for couples or families. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from ages 7 to 89, but am currently only working with adults. I am independently licensed in 3 different states as a Marriage and Family Therapist and independently licensed in 1 state as an Addiction Counselor. I believe everyone has a "gift," something that they are called to do, and Counseling is mine. I care about my clients and have the innate ability to "zone" in on what is going on with them. I use Emotional Focus Therapy, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed, Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but it really depends on the clients I am seeing.
I admire anyone who wants to make a change and is willing to reach out and ask for help. I am here for you if you are that person.
**** It's very important to remember to provide a 24-hour notice or a minimum of 2 hours (if an emergency comes up) notice if you are not going to make your session, so that you are not charged a no-show fee.
****** I am only accepting individual clients at this time.
Although the appointment planner may allow it, please do not schedule appointments more than 2 weeks out. My later times are limited and I would like all my clients to have a chance to one of these slots, plus it cuts back on no-shows since we do not know if we will be able to make an appointment that far in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
