During our first session we will explore your history, identify treatment goals and engage in non-traditional discussions about past history, social history, family history, history of trauma and abuse.

Awesome person to work with! They're style is super holistic to my needs and I felt affirmed when we aligned in the next steps and game plan leaving the first session.

I don't feel like her therapy approach is effective, no results have been seen, and wasn't able to take much from the sessions.
I describe this as the triangle between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We learn why you think the way you do and how it impacts how you feel and behave.
You will learn mindfulness techniques to keep you in the present day and stop from ruminating to the past and future.
