New to Grow
Life can sometimes leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. You may be going through a major change, dealing with grief or depression, or simply trying to better understand yourself and your emotions. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and my goal is to make that first step feel a little easier. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what you are experiencing. I often work with people who want to manage anxiety and stress, strengthen their coping skills, improve their relationships, and find a clearer sense of direction. I see therapy as a team effort. Together, we will explore what is getting in your way, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. My approach includes looking at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect while also focusing on your strengths and the solutions that can help you move forward. We will work toward realistic, lasting changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been happening in your life, and what you hope to change or improve. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to discuss. You will also have time to ask questions and learn more about how I work. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and what support may look like moving forward. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about your next steps.
I bring a calm and grounded presence to therapy, especially when life feels stressful or emotions become overwhelming. I work alongside you rather than simply telling you what to do. I want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through careful listening and support, I can help you slow things down, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and consider new ways of approaching challenges. When helpful, we can look at thoughts or habits that may no longer be serving you and find practical ways to make changes without judgment or pressure.
I work best with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, and who are looking for both support and practical tools to move forward. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in unhelpful patterns and want to better understand themselves while developing healthier ways of coping. I also work well with men who may be experiencing stress, emotional challenges, or difficulty expressing their thoughts and feelings, and who are looking for a space where they can feel comfortable opening up without judgment. I connect best with individuals who are open to self-reflection and ready to make meaningful changes. Whether you are looking to better manage anxiety, improve emotional awareness, or gain clarity during a transition, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space to help you move forward.

With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck, and work toward developing more balanced and helpful perspectives. I also focus on building practical coping skills that clients can apply in their everyday lives. My goal is to help clients gain greater awareness of their thoughts, improve emotional regulation, and develop tools they can use to navigate challenges with more confidence.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, recognize what is already working, and create practical goals for the future. Together, we focus on building solutions by exploring existing skills, resources, and moments of success that can be expanded upon. This approach helps clients develop clear, achievable steps toward meaningful change while recognizing their ability to overcome challenges. My goal is to support clients in gaining confidence, building on their strengths, and creating realistic progress in their daily lives.
I use a humanistic approach to create a genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel accepted, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe people have the ability to grow and create meaningful change when they feel valued and supported. Together, we explore your experiences, emotions, and personal goals while building greater self-awareness, confidence, and a clearer sense of direction. My goal is to provide a space where you feel respected and empowered throughout your journey.
