I hold a Master of Education from Governors State University and a Master's degree in Psychology from New York University. With graduate training in both education and clinical psychology, I bring a strong understanding of human development, behavioral patterns, and life transitions. I work with adults in their 20s, 30s, and beyond, helping them navigate anxiety, major life transitions, and periods of feeling stuck with warmth, clarity and a person centered approach.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other. I'll invite you to share what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We'll explore your concerns, your goals, and any questions you might have. My desire is to create a comfortable, collaborative space, so we'll set the pace together and ensure you feel heard and supported from day one.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is helping clients feel truly understood and supported, while also providing practical tools to move forward. I take a warm, person-centered approach and believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. My background in psychology and education helps me understand how people develop, learn, and adapt during different life stages. I work especially well with young adults and professionals navigating anxiety, social stress, career pressure, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and together we work to build clarity, confidence, and healthier patterns. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, compassionate style and my ability to help them make sense of what they are going through while also focusing on real, achievable growth. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves and leave therapy with tools they can use for the rest of their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults in their 20s, 30s, and beyond who are seeking support with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feelings of being stuck. Some clients come to therapy during difficult seasons, while other simply want a space to better understand themselves and grow. I am best positioned to support individual who are open to self-exploration and ready to build healthier coping skills, improve emotional balance, and create change at their own pace. Together, we create a steady foundation for lasting growth.
