Over the past seven years, my focus has been on providing mental health therapy to individuals seeking meaningful change and personal growth.

My goal is to empower clients to build effective coping skills, navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and enhance their overall well-being.
I am fluent in Amharic and offer therapy in both English and Amharic to best support the needs of my clients.

Hi there! My name is Ceresa González and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 22 years of experience working in mental health. I am also the owner of MINDbody Wellness Therapy. I have been very fortunate to recognize early in my life that my ability to intuitively understand and connect with people would lead to a lifelong career helping others do the same.
I have had a colorful career dedicated to helping others in many different capacities, including inpatient, outpatient and psychiatric emergency room care, trauma clinics, shelters, residential centers, schools, courtrooms, prisons, and criminal justice reform. I have had opportunities to supervise and train other clinicians, educate communities, oversee programs and development, and contribute to social policy change.
At its core, I believe the relationship with ourselves is what determines how we interact with our environment, other people, and the world. If you’re feeling stuck, you will be amazed at how capable you are of exploring parts of yourself you never knew existed. I would like to be your guide and offer the chance to uncover patterns you may not be aware of, learn control over your emotions, stop ruminating thoughts, resolve past traumas, confront avoided thoughts, feelings, and conflict, communicate effectively, improve relationships and boundaries, and embrace life transitions - to name a few!
Those interested in learning more about my services can contact me via Grow messaging. I live in the Hampton Roads section of Virginia with my son and our dogs. I enjoy spending time at the beach or in the water somewhere, hiking, reading, and traveling.
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years and have worked in the field of mental health both, in-patient and out-patient, for over 25 years. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)and Rational Emotive (RET) therapies to guide patients toward a greater understanding of themselves with the goal of emotional equilibrium or “balance.” The large military presence in Hampton Roads has allowed me to work with active-duty personnel and their families.
I have successfully treated patients with depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and trauma histories.

I'm your partner! Let's navigate life's challenges as they emerge. I'm your partner that supports you in building those healthy coping skills that already exists within; a healthier version of your self. It's like my Texas sister Beyonce' says "Let me upgrade you". As the times change, we must have the ability to upgrade the manner in which we embrace and manage the impact of those changes such as changes in job, relocation, death of a loved one or family member, empty-nesters, transitioning into a caretaker role for a parent , child, or sibling.... I have an interesting educational background as I presently have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University, A Master's of Social Work from The University of New England and presently working towards a Doctorate of Psychology in Behavioral Health Leadership. In my free time I love to eat seafood and spend time with my family. I hope to partner with you soon as you are the expert of your life.

Hi, My name is Kristel. I am an LCSW who provides talk therapy via Telehealth. I am a multifaceted individual with diverse life experiences that inform my perspective. As a former military brat and spouse, I've intimately understood the complexities of life's transitions. My journey has taken me from being a young wife to mature single and dating, stay-at-home mom to working mom, anxious new parent to accepting mother of teens, rule follower to empowered, scarcity mindset to abundance mindset, employee to entrepreneur, stuck to the growth mindset, financially insecure to thriving, trauma victim to survivor, neuro-ambiguous to neurodivergent, granting me a unique appreciation for all the roles I have experienced in my life.
I'm a devoted mother of two children, and my path has been marked by significant challenges, including the struggle with infertility and profound grief. I proudly identify as a feminist and supporter of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community. These aspects of my identity deeply influence my approach to life and work.
With a background in working with families, individuals, and children, I bring a wealth of experience. My personal journey has shaped my empathetic, compassionate, and inclusive perspective, which I offer as a source of support and understanding to those I work with.
Hi, I’m Joe. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 26 years across substance use treatment, outpatient care, and hospital settings. I’ve supported individuals and families through crisis, transition, and long-term growth.

I also have extensive experience working with men who may struggle to express emotions directly and instead feel stuck in withdrawal, irritability, or self-doubt.
As a veteran, I understand the mindset and pressures that can come with military life. Across all of my work, I aim to provide a grounded, steady presence where honesty, insight, and meaningful change can take place.

Hi! I’m Jen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia and owner of Sampaguita Psychotherapy, PLLC. I have over 20 years of experience working with various populations and in several different areas including inpatient mental health, family services, hospice and managed care. I currently work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, including generational and cultural trauma, and grief & loss.
I am Aaliyah Holiday, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Christie's Circle PLLC, a virtual therapy practice built specifically with Black adults in mind.
I created this practice because I believe that Black men and women deserve a therapeutic space that does not require them to code-switch, over-explain, or shrink their experiences to be understood. A space where your grief is taken seriously, your faith is respected without judgment, and your cultural identity is seen as a strength rather than a footnote.
My work is rooted in grief therapy, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based healing. I specialize in supporting Black adults who are carrying hidden grief, whether that is the loss of a relationship, a miscarriage, a career, an identity, or a version of themselves that quietly slipped away. I also work with Black professionals who are burned out, overwhelmed, and struggling to hold everything together while rarely making space for their own emotional needs.
As a Certified Grief-Informed Professional, I bring both clinical training and genuine compassion to every session. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and culturally responsive approaches, including racial trauma treatment, to help clients move from survival mode into a place of real emotional stability and peace.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that honors your faith while holding space for any complicated feelings you may have about the church. Healing here is never one size fits all.
I provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Texas, Virginia, and Maine. If you are ready for a therapist who truly gets it, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Hello my name is Andrea Stephen and I am so glad you stopped by welcome to a space created with warmth, compassion, and care where your story is honored, and your healing matters. As a holistic, empathetic and empowering counselor, I walk alongside of you supporting not only your mind but also your heart, body, and spirit. Here, you are invited to step into a safe and welcoming environment where growth, resilience, and hope are nurtured, and where you can rediscover your strength and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Hi all, I am a talk therapist that works on providing a non-judgmental and safe place to discuss stressors.
I use Person Centered, mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an eclectic and holistic approach with my clients. **I incorporate dream interpretations, astrology, and tarot in sessions.** I will work with you and your chart to help you find ways to overcome challenges and find ways to balance your life.
I do not do paperwork for ESA, Court letters, school and any other factors outside of the standard Grow therapeutic notes.
I'm Brad Justice, a independently licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults. My style is direct and practical. I won't just nod and reflect your words back at you. We'll dig into what's actually driving the patterns, figure out what needs to change, and build real tools you can use outside of our sessions.
I specialize in anxiety, burnout, and the kind of exhaustion that doesn't show up on the outside. I also have deep professional experience with grief, caregiver burnout, and life transitions tied to aging, whether you're navigating your own or carrying someone else's. I'm a proud affirming provider for LGBTQIA+ clients and bring both clinical training and genuine investment to that work.
Therapy with me isn't about venting indefinitely. It's about understanding yourself clearly enough to move differently. If you're ready for honest, focused work and done with just managing rather than actually living, let's talk.
Hi! I'm Lindsey.
Have you been feeling stuck lately and have overwhelming thoughts or emotions you just can't seem to manage? Do you find it hard to move on from difficulties faced in the past that continue to impact your present self negatively?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specialize in working with children and young adults to become a better version of themselves by processing trauma, current life stressors, and overall difficult emotions. I believe that you are the foundation for your own success and work to highlight your current abilities in an effort to support continued growth. My passion is helping those who have experienced a traumatic event in being able to become resilient and stronger people moving forward.
I often use humor in conversations that seem difficult to face. Together, we can work to identify your goals and ways that you can work toward achieving them in an environment that feels safe and compassionate.
Hello! I am Dr. Paula or Dr. Robinson. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience in counseling adolescents and adults of all ages. I know that starting counseling may seem difficult, but I am hoping that through my practice you can feel at ease to express yourself in a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment. I hope you give therapy with me a chance!
Throughout my career in counseling I have worked in private practice, in community mental health settings, as a school counselor in both middle and high schools, and I have supervised school counseling interns at George Washington University. As a Bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), having studied in Argentina, at Virginia Tech for both my LPC and my LMFT certifications, and later at George Mason University for my school counseling certification, I have always tried to be inclusive in my work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ethnicity, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
Through our working relationship I am hoping to address your counseling goals whether they are to discover yourself, to feel better, to adjust to life's transitions, to improve your relationships, to grieve the loss of a loved one, or to find balance in your life at a time of need. I look forward to working with you!
I have come to use an eclectic approach to therapy, with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief-Solution Oriented techniques, Mindfulness, Strength-Based techniques, Psycho-education with Interpersonal skills, and Structural/Strategic Couple's Therapy strategies. Through any of those approaches, I am here to work with you on meeting your needs that bring you to therapy.
I am a Virginia-based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been practicing for 7 years. I earned my Master's from Troy State University in Alabama. I provide individual and couples therapy with a focus on resolving functionally impairing issues associated with anxiety, relationships, mood disorders, and trauma. I utilize common analogies to assist with providing varied perspectives so clients can recognize the depth of their potential.
If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting.
I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients.
For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and empower you as you work toward your goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, identify your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move through difficult seasons, discover resilience, and find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate the complexities of mental health, chronic illness, trauma, and aging. Since beginning my clinical journey in 2012, I've worked in both medical and therapeutic settings, supporting individuals living with serious mental illness and those in long-term care facilities.
With licenses in Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi, I bring a compassionate, culturally informed, and evidence-based approach to care. “All of us live only a few days and have a lot of trouble.” Throughout our lives we face loss, grief, anxiety, depression, anger, and a host of other negative experiences that impact our lives. During these difficult challenges, we can struggle to return to a “normal” level of functioning. It’s at those times we need to reach out to those with the skills to assist us.
As a Licensed Clinical Social worker, I am committed to providing support and guidance to help individuals navigate this pathway. I emphasize importance of addressing habits, hurts, and hang-ups to foster mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth and healing. In order to facilitate change and growth, I employ different treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to address an array of mental health issues.
We all have the opportunity in our life to start fresh. During the journey, we change, grow, heal, destroy, and can improve our lives. You will experience difficulties, and you are not alone. We are not alone in this world, but we are compelled to isolate ourselves from the fear of experiencing too much pain. I have many years of clinical training with life experiences, including successes and failures, but we are not provided a how to manual at birth. I have a sense of humor, but good sound clinical judgment, so take a leap of faith.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions or grappling with uncertainty about how to manage them? It’s entirely understandable to notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of meaningful change, I’m here to walk alongside you and offer my support at every step.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and a Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technician, I bring a wealth of experience from diverse clinical settings, including crisis response, detox facilities, and both individual and group therapy.
My approach is compassionate and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Together, we will work to understand how your thoughts and emotions influence your actions. With CBT, we can gently identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that may be holding you back. MI will provide a space for you to explore and address any ambivalence about change, helping you uncover your motivation for growth. Through SFT, we will focus on your unique strengths and practical solutions that resonate with your goals.
In our work together, we will explore both current challenges and past experiences to gain insight into how they shape your life today. I am deeply committed to supporting the holistic healing of your mind, body, and spirit, tailoring my approach to honor your unique journey.
You don’t have to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or everyday stress alone. Wherever you find yourself on this path—whether you’re seeking help for the first time or returning for deeper work—you are taking a brave and vital step.

Hello, I'm Katheryn! Maybe you're the one everyone leans on. You take care of your kids, your partner, your parents, your work, your home- and somewhere along the way, you stopped taking care of yourself. You may feel tired all the time, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or like you've lost pieces of who you are. Maybe motherhood feels harder than you expected. Maybe you're carrying grief, stress, or loneliness that no one really sees. Maybe your children are growing up and needing you less, and you're wondering what comes next for you. You don't have to hold all of that alone. I work with women in all stages of life who are dealing with stress, loss, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, caring for aging parents, grieving an empty nest, or simply feeling stuck and exhausted, therapy can give you a place to breathe, process, and feel supported again.
I am a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and I later went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Howard University. Throughout my studies, my practicum experience consisted of working with the Maryland Truancy Court Reduction Program and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. I received post-graduate, intensive training at the Immigration Evaluation Training Center in the area of extreme hardship waivers, domestic violence (VAWA) & asylum immigration evaluations in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Thereafter, I later went on to work in a variety of settings that have afforded me the opportunity to diversify my work and skill set with different populations and individual needs. This includes addiction, foster care & adoption, community support and residential treatment. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to learn from and support individuals who struggle with everyday life stressors, those that are impacted by mild, moderate, severe and chronic mental illness. My background includes adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics who are struggling with mental health challenges.
