Hello,
My name is Cindy Bill and I am a Psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker licensed in Virginia, Delaware and Illinois. It is my hope that I can come alongside you to aid in the challenges that life may be presenting to you. We can all feel overwhelmed by life stressors. It is my purpose to help you find answers that will work for you in your life and help you create your own life worth living.
Hi, I’m Daicy Soares, LICSW, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, with a focus on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday stressors. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Therapy, to me, is about real human connection. It is about creating a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged, analyzed, or pressured to have everything figured out. You do not have to come into therapy with the perfect words or even know exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes the first step is simply having a place where you can slow things down, be honest about what is going on, and begin making sense of it.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and built around curiosity. I want therapy to feel like something we are doing together, not something being done to you. We will look at the experiences, relationships, beliefs, habits, and patterns that have shaped your life while also paying attention to the strengths and resilience that have helped you get this far. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly, develop healthier ways of navigating challenges, and create changes that actually feel realistic/meaningful for your life.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens dealing with a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, identity, confidence, communication, family dynamics, and personal growth. I also enjoy working with people who may not feel like they are in crisis but simply want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, or figure out what they want their next chapter to look like.
I want my clients to feel seen, respected, and comfortable enough to be real. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and life experiences. My role is not to tell you who to be. It is to help you better understand who you are, what matters to you, and how to move forward.

Therapy is a space for curiosity, growth, and sometiems a little humor along the way. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Intenal Family Systems (IFS) to create a personalized approach that meets each person where they are. I value the healing connection we have with nature and believe that feeling safe, understood, and genuinely seen can create the foundation for meaningful changes. Together, we can explore the impact of past experiences, make sense of the patterns that shape your life, and reconnect with what feels most authentic to you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, whole, and able to live your life in a way that feels truly your own.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children and adults. I have primarily worked within school systems as an on-site therapist; as well as in my own private practice. I work with people who have a variety of concerns, including: trauma, attachment, grief and loss, divorce, school problems, anxiety and depression, life-phase transitions, and family conflicts. I value an eclectic and prescriptive therapeutic model, and am skilled at shifting gears when the need arises.
My specialty is working with children 2 to 12. As a registered play therapist/supervisor, I understand the language that children routinely use to communicate: play. Through play therapy, children can explore new roles, act out challenging situations, and re-work beliefs about themselves and others. In parent-child play therapy (with younger children), we work together to build secure and safe connections, practice new ways of communicating, and foster JOY in your interactions.
In addition to play therapy, I have trained extensively in EMDR (for children and adults), Jungian sandtray, the Oaklander Model of Gestalt Play therapy, Mindfulness, and Theraplay. Every one of these modalities is meant to foster relationships built on safety, warmth, security, and trust.
My work with adult clients can be described as "going deep." I especially enjoy working with adult women going through life transitions (career, family, spiritual). In addition, I am interested in working with other therapists who experience clinical burnout.
In my life outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, reading, yoga, walking, petting my cats, and spending time in nature.
Are you a teen or adult who needs assistance navigating the twists and turns in life? I offer a supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and work toward established goals. I am passionate about helping others navigate mental health challenges and find hope in recovery. My commitment to this work is informed not only by my professional training but also by my own lived experience with mental health symptoms and recovery from addiction. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to seek help and make lasting changes. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can work toward healing, growth, and resilience. We will work collaboratively to develop coping skills and strategies to help combat unwanted symptoms, while building resilience and fostering personal growth.

I have always been interested in people and their stories. Having grown up in Virginia, I got my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bridgewater College and a master’s degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have experience across a wide variety of settings, including inpatient care, community mental health, and partial hospitalization programs. In these roles, I have supported clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, complex trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, emotional regulation, attachment concerns, and difficulties with boundaries and communication. I am passionate about helping clients build the skills to live as their most authentic and healthy selves. I believe that by fostering an environment of trust and safety, clients can fully realize their own power and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Hi! I'm Christy, and I'm a Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and an Energy Healer.
I fell in love with the idea of being a therapist in middle school and never wavered from that path. Through schooling and diverse professional experience, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor, a career I've taken seriously and loved for 25 years and counting. I've continued to learn and grow my healing toolkit with hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychology, spirituality, energy healing, somatic expression, and healing of my own personal traumas and experiences so that I can continue to offer more and more opportunities for growth for my clients. I take pride in my ability to relate to clients, listen with a non-judgmental ear, and provide the support and guidance needed for clients to improve their lives. In addition to traditional methods of counseling, I incorporate hypnotherapy, life coaching, empowerment techniques, relaxation and meditation, energy healing, transpersonal and spiritual therapy, and other modern and mystical techniques that challenge clients to grow in their lives. My passion is healing, growing, learning, shining my light, and supporting others to heal, grow, learn, and shine their light as well. Now that you know about me, I look forward to getting to know you too!
