I am a counselor who is deeply committed to creating meaningful connections with clients through empathy, presence, and genuine understanding. I help individuals, couples and families gain insight into their experiences while also recognizing their inherent strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth. My goal is to empower clients to feel confident, supported and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose in their lives.
My primary focus is supporting client who are navigating difficult life transitions, including experiences related to grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenge, and personal growth. I stive to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to process change, build resilience, and move toward healing and emotional wellness. I understand that life transitions can feel overwhelming and emotionally exhausting, which is why I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain clarity, develop healthy coping strategies, and rediscover their strengths. My goal is to help clients feel supported and encouraged as they navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.
