Are stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or life changes starting to take over? Do you feel stuck in worry, low mood, or patterns shaped by past experiences? If something is holding you back, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface and focus on building clarity, learning practical tools, and creating a path that helps you feel more steady, confident, and in control.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first session, you can expect a clear, supportive start. We’ll spend time understanding what’s been weighing on you and what you want to change. Together, we’ll define your goals and map out a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. I’ll walk you through your options and what to expect, so you feel informed, comfortable, and ready to begin.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
You’ll be met with a welcoming, kind, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel supported. I bring over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of challenges, and I draw from multiple therapy approaches to meet your unique needs. I’m also a lifelong learner, which means I’m always growing, refining my skills, and bringing updated, effective tools into our work together—so you get thoughtful, personalized care every step of the way.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Are you ready for change—even if you feel stuck or overwhelmed? Considering change is a meaningful first step. You may hold it all together on the outside while feeling anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained inside. You might find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or taking on too much responsibility. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Just be honest with yourself, stay open to new tools, and take small steps forward.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you move forward in life even when difficult thoughts and emotions show up. Instead of trying to fight or get rid of these feelings, you learn how to notice them without letting them control your choices. Together, we focus on what truly matters to you—your values—and use them as a guide for your actions. ACT helps you build psychological flexibility, which means you can stay present, handle challenges more calmly, and keep moving toward the kind of life you want to live.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Sometimes our minds fall into patterns of thinking that make situations feel worse than they are. In CBT, we work together to notice these patterns and learn practical ways to challenge and change them. As your thinking becomes more balanced and realistic, your emotions and behaviors can begin to shift too. The goal is to give you clear, useful tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, solve problems, and feel more confident in how you handle challenges.

Kelley Kramer has helped me greatly over the past year. She has helped me gain a better understanding of my thought processes and my actions, and she has given me tools to break certain habits and form better ones. I did not think I would get to a point that I would be able to manage my anxiety or OCD, but I did! She also helped me deal with bottled up emotions from my mother's passing. I am so grateful to have had her help!
