As your counselor, my priority and main goal is creating a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative journey centered on your growth and healing, one where we explore meaningful goals, deepen self-awareness, and make sense of your experiences. I will meet you where you are in your life journey and we will go through it at your pace, taking things as they come and building and enhancing skills to overcome not only the memories of the past but also current and future challenges.
I have had the privilege to work with adults, teens, and children who struggle with life challenges, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief. I offer a safe space for clients to gain insight, learn more about themselves, and heal from painful experiences that continue to affect their personal life. Hi, I am Alissa.
Have you ever felt trapped in your own brain? Feel like your emotions are running away with your life? I help individuals to learn how to control their thoughts and emotions so they are able to enrich their lives with relationships, stress, and emotional balance. I am a LCSW who specializes in anxiety, Borderline, depression, relationship issues, and emotional distress among other things. I love to work with the strength base module and a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) model. I believe that therapy is a relationship and that trust is important in order for you to get what you want and need out of therapy.
With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, respect, and authenticity. My style is rooted in partnership—meeting clients where they are, using evidence-based techniques tailored to their unique needs, and offering both support and gentle challenges to help them grow. My ultimate goal is to guide clients toward greater self-awareness, balance, and overall well-being.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, and families feel safe to express themselves, explore difficult emotions, and develop meaningful tools for growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are while recognizing and honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and resilience.
I view behavior as communication and believe that every emotion and response serves a purpose. Rather than focusing solely on eliminating behaviors or symptoms, I work to understand the underlying experiences, unmet needs, and patterns contributing to a client's challenges. Together, we identify practical strategies that promote emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and lasting change.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, attachment concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and challenges at school or home. I recognize that growth often occurs when the entire family feels supported, so I value collaborating with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. By providing education, encouragement, and practical tools, I help families strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every individual has the capacity for healing and growth when they feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether supporting a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity or anxiety, or a family adjusting to significant life changes, I am committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. My hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater resilience, deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and the confidence to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ it is close to my heart to ensure that all people have a safe, nonjudgmental place to process life's challenges. I also tend to use humor in session as a way to process stressors.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) based in Texas. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, and received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. During my undergraduate work I had the opportunity to study abroad in Accra, Ghana. After my ungraduate studies, I stayed in Austin for a while to continue working overnight at a shelter for survivors of sexual and domestic violence for women, children, and transgendered women while answering a 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
I went on to attain my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston. I spent two additional years in clinical supervision working in hospitals, crisis mobile mental health, and facilitating groups to attain my independent clinical license. Thereafter, I spent time in clinical practice to build expertise to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor providing individual, family, and group therapy. Most recently I have broadened my scope of practice to include my Chemical Dependency Counseling license and Certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy singing, spending time with family and friends, cooking, film, and television.
I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship distress, and work related stress become the best versions of themselves.

Hi there! My name is Chinh. If you’ve reached my page, chances are that your heart has been broken, you probably just had the umpteenth argument with your significant other, or maybe you’re stuck in a frustrating cycle of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and overwhelming thoughts that never seem to let up. Maybe it’s all of the above! Whatever brought you here — I’m glad you came. Let’s work through it together.
I grew up in a culture where mental illness wasn’t something you talked about. Emotional struggles were ignored, hidden, or minimized. I was taught that sharing feelings was a weakness — that being strong meant staying silent. That experience shaped me. Today, I’m passionate about helping people unlearn those harmful beliefs and start living with more freedom, clarity, and emotional honesty. I want to help end the stigma associated with mental illness.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, and I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling. I’ve spent years working with adults, couples, and families — helping people reconnect with themselves and each other. My approach is strength-based and holistic: I believe healing doesn’t mean “fixing” you — it means understanding you, supporting you, and helping you build the life you want.
Therapy can be hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. Let's rewrite your story together.

To put it simply, I believe we are travelers on this journey. I’m not your guide, provider or healer and you’re not my client, user, or patient in a passive sense. Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Colorado and Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas - El Paso and have been practicing for over 15 years. I believe that every person has the capacity for resilience and change. Whether you're looking to overcome specific challenges or simply seeking support, I am here to help guide you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
I offer telehealth counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed principles, and person-centered care. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to regulate distress, improve communication, and increase self-awareness. For clients navigating trauma or relational wounds, I prioritize stabilization and emotional safety before engaging in deeper processing.
I strive to balance warmth with thoughtful directness. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, yet client-paced. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier relational patterns. My focus is not only symptom reduction but sustainable growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
Above all, I aim to create a steady, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Being a therapist is my first career. I studied psychology with a minor in Spanish for my bachelor's degree and have a master's degree in mental health counseling (which led to me becoming a licensed mental health counselor). There are many reasons I am well-suited to be a therapist but to begin, I am nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic, and open. I have worked in a variety of areas, including private practice, residential treatment centers with adults and teens, and specialized therapeutic foster care with children. I have also worked with everyone from infants and toddlers to seniors. These various settings help me take a holistic approach when working with my clients.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychologist providing individual and family counseling. I am licensed in Texas and have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship and parenting challenges, and stress management. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
In addition to treating mood and anxiety disorders, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families involved in the legal system and Child Protective Services, offering support through complex and high-stress circumstances.

Life is complicated. Acknowledging that you may need some assistance is the first step, asking for help is the second. Whatever your struggle, I will listen. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling & happier life & to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support & empower YOU! Not every individual has experienced trauma, yet every human has experienced some type of fear. My goal is to help my clients understand how the “Fear Response” drives our body’s chemical reactions in situations, learn how our conscious and unconscious thoughts are related to fear, and assist individuals to comprehend the importance of how and why their thoughts and actions are connected. This new awareness creates a foundation for each individual to become more empowered to create change as he or she learns new skills to improve actions, reactions, and thoughts.

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step toward change. I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey toward a more peaceful, authentic, and fulfilling life.
My name is Mark Chaney. I provide counseling and counseling-related services for children, adolescents, adults, and families together. I have 15 + years of accumulative training and experience in the fields of mental health, trauma, domestic violence, foster care and adoption. Some clients I see are experiencing short-term stressors while others are experiencing longer-term mental health disturbances. For individual therapy, I generally treat adults and adolescents ages 12 and older. For children younger than 12, or for adolescents otherwise not appropriate for telehealth, It may be recommended to address concerns in the form of family therapy. I use an integrated model that build upon a persons existing beliefs, strategies and virtues, and I work with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of presenting concerns.
I am a life long student of philosophy. I enjoy reading, writing, painting, drawing, sculpture and playing music. I find peace in the outdoors and camping, inspiration in community collaboration, and I am passionate about psychotherapy. It has been my great privilege to walk with people as they unlock the resources they need to stabilize and grow. I believe that community stigma around mental health is reduced as individuals call on the courage to seek help.

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Alabama. I provide therapy services to individuals living in Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia via telehealth. My practice focuses on helping clients health with matters related to grief, life transitions, and unhealthy or difficult relationships in their lives. I work together with clients to facilitate change and healing within.
If you are struggling with anxiety, transition, relationships, or find yourself in crisis, we can navigate these concerns together. Therapy can be a space for your to gain insight, direction, healing, and understanding. I am a Christian, mother, wife, and friend. I am on a journey of faith and healing myself and would love to journey with you. I feel that this is more than a job; it is a calling.
From the outside, you may look like you have it all together. Inside, you're exhausted from overthinking, worrying, second-guessing yourself, and trying not to disappoint anyone. You may feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward.
I help teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, stress, and major life changes. I also support people navigating the loss of someone they love and adjusting to life after that loss. Many of my clients are high performers who feel overwhelmed or like they're never doing enough.
My approach is practical, supportive, and action-oriented. You'll leave sessions with tools, strategies, or small steps you can practice between sessions.
Nobody comes to therapy because they need someone to tell them to “think positive.” They come because they’re tired. Tired of anxiety calling the shots. Tired of repeating the same relationship patterns. Tired of carrying things they were never meant to carry alone.
Life is complicated enough. Understanding yourself shouldn’t be. My job is to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and give you practical tools you can actually use long after our sessions end.
No two people are the same, so no two sessions are either. We focus on what you need most that day while never losing sight of where you’re trying to go. Some days we’ll process. Some days I’ll challenge you. Some days we’ll laugh because life has a weird sense of humor. Every session has one goal: helping you move forward.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s engaged, honest, down-to-earth, and willing to have real conversations, I think you’ll feel right at home here.
