Jennifer Herndon
Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I am a therapist currently practicing in Texas (LPC) and Ohio (LPCC). I studied at Wright State University, earning my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health in 2013. After spending time working in a community mental health setting, I decided it was time to move into private practice in 2019.
As a therapist, I enjoy tweaking evidence-based techniques to best fit each client.
Best career decision I've made so far!
First session
Our first couple sessions will be where we get to know each other and decide on your goals. Once those are established, we start constructing the routes we will take to reach that target. Questions are always welcome :)
Strengths

Ideal clients
I enjoy helping people navigate a variety of life's challenges. Although we meet regularly, I think it's important for clients to understand that most of the therapeutic work will happen outside of our sessions. Just think of our journey as a road trip: I may be the GPS, but you are ultimately the driver.
