I believe we all need someone to talk with throughout our lives, a safe place and safe person that listens so we can process our life experiences, traumas, grief's and all happenstances. My passion is to provide a safe haven, with the utmost privacy and confidentiality and a true listening ear to help bring healing and restoration to hurting people and families. I am dedicated to work alongside you through your emotional, mental, and/or spiritual issues as well as promote life change and growth. I like to integrate different therapeutic theories to your unique self, set goals and help you find the answers that are best for you! I specialize in Couples/Marriage counseling as well as issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, interpersonal relationships as well as stress and spirituality struggles. I have a heart and passion to see people grow into all they are created to be. We are all human and need each other, as they say we are better together but sometimes we just don't have someone around us that provides that safe shoulder and listening ear. I am here and I am listening. I also am a Pastoral counselor, integrating biblical Christian principles into our therapeutic journey if you choose to do so.
In our first session we strive for calmness of nerves, build rapport and respect for one another. Also understanding the therapeutic relationship and boundaries.
I have personally been through my own therapeutic journey and healing; one day a therapist told me to strive to be the woman I always wished and dreamed of having in my life as a child and adult so I have.

When looking for the right person on grow I kept coming back to Bonnie’s profile. And I’m glad I selected her to be with me on this journey! Our first session was easy and felt less awkward than I thought, this is my first time doing therapy. But I’m so excited for our future sessions

After years of wanting to, but being too afraid, I had my first meeting with a therapist. This was a scary step for me, but Bonnie made it so easy. Her kind, warm personality made it so easy to talk to her. Looking forward to this journey with her.
