I’m a therapist who helps individuals untangle anxiety, heal from trauma, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work gently but effectively to help them regain clarity, reduce emotional intensity, and create meaningful change.

DBT skills, including ABC PLEASE, for emotional regulation

I use an eclectic approach working from multiple modalities that best fit the client's goals, needs, and experiences. I have experience working with young adults, and adults with varying diagnoses. I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem building, and stress management.
As a therapist, my goal is to help to grow your personal strengths throughout the therapeutic process. In a non-judgmental environment, we will work together to build on your strengths and begin to understand the meaning of your distressing symptoms which will ultimately lead to growth and a positive transformation.

Marcus Jones is a result driven therapist that assists individuals in managing symptoms of mental illness, maintaining sobriety, resolving motivations for self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, and improving relationships. His experience is inclusive of adolescent and adult populations.

He earned his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest, Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor in Organizational management from Ashford University. Marcus has has worked in the field of Mental health for 20 years. In the last 7 years, he has provided counseling services in individual, families and groups, with experience in a range of settings from community counseling to inpatient treatment settings. He specializes in Addiction, Anger Management and Men issues.
He has served as the Director of Inpatient Addiction and Outpatient treatment services at an Atlanta based Mental health hospital, he is the former host of 102.6 the Situations Radio’s Mental Health Monday’s. He has an in-depth understanding of the different levels of mental Healthcare and how they can best serve individuals suffering from Mental Illness.

Kesha is a culturally competent licensed mental health therapist in Western PA and understands the mental health processes of clients from different economic backgrounds. During her 53 minute counseling/coaching sessions she begins by building trust and rapport with her clients because it is important for the client to believe that they have a voice in maintaining their health. I often draw from Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and most prominently from a Psychodynamic approach to guide you through this process of change. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
