Hello, I’m Dulcie. Have you been struggling and wondering why it’s so hard to feel happy, have a positive outlook, and accomplish the goals you have for your life? Are feelings of disappointment, confusion, and failure contributing to problems with your emotional health and relationships? Do you feel like nothing will ever change so what’s the point in trying? Well, let me tell you why, you are worth it and it’s never too late to invest in YOU! I have many years of experience counseling great people just like you, working together to navigate life’s obstacles, find common sense solutions, and help guide and support you during life transitions. If you allow me to go on this journey of change with you, I will focus on a person-centered approach where your needs, goals, and objectives will be the roadmap for our work together. I will use evidence-based treatment techniques, largely based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify and change patterns in thinking and behavior that may be contributing to your current dissatisfaction. But perhaps even more important than the therapeutic approach employed, I will endeavor to build a relationship with you by being present, genuine, honest, and compassionate. I have learned that the outcomes my clients achieve are often a reflection of the strength of our therapeutic relationship. So, are you ready to partner with me as you endeavor to overcome the situations, relationship challenges, or symptoms that seem to be barriers between you and your best life? If so, I am committed to walking with you on your journey.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I specialize in helping women navigate the mental and emotional impact of perimenopause and menopause because it’s about a lot more than hot flashes. This chapter of life often brings heightened anxiety, mood swings, self-doubt, and relationship strain, all while society tells you to “just push through it.” I help women take back control by examining the impact of hormonal changes, internal pressures (like relentless, negative self-talk), and external stressors (like toxic relationships and unrealistic expectations). Together, we replace what’s no longer working with strategies that empower you to feel grounded, capable, and more like yourself again. I firmly believe that the way you speak to yourself shapes how you handle the pressures of midlife — and let’s be honest, women are often their own harshest critics. It’s time to rewrite that inner narrative.

Welcome! I am Robyn. These days many people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed. Sometimes they feel as if no matter what they do, it isn't enough and either they or those around them are never happy with themselves. How about you? Are you trying to manage to be the best parent, spouse, and employee that you can be? Are you struggling with a recent life transition or the loss of a loved one or relationship? Are you lying awake at night reviewing the list of things you think you should have accomplished? Or are you ruminating on what you said to someone, how you said it, and what you should have done differently? You are not alone! Many people experience these feelings and you do not have to continue to feel like this! You CAN FEEL BETTER! I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with these things by providing a safe space to talk about and work through these issues. I strive to empower them to discern their strengths, their priorities, and the barriers to feeling better. Once we’ve done that, I help them find ways to address those barriers and build new coping skills they can use to overcome the challenges of anxiety, depression, managing change, and people-pleasing. Change is not easy! I am impressed by your courage in taking the first step of asking for help to start your journey toward feeling better! You deserve to have someone skilled and trustworthy to guide you to grow and heal. I will compassionately work with you using evidence-based techniques to get beyond the challenges you are experiencing and on the road to feeling better! I’d love to have the privilege of working with you!

Hey there, I'm Jenn. I am a licensed clinical social worker and began working as a therapist in 2002. Are you feeling overwhelmed by work, stress from your relationships, family, or parenting? You may be putting on a confident and brave face, but secretly you're overthinking every situation and decision that you make. Life is harder to manage when you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed. You may feel like you're stuck and, unable to move forward. It's time to take a deep breath, regroup, and reflect on your life and the changes you want to make to build long-term fulfillment. Let's face it - You deserve it! Let's talk about what's been going on and see how we can work together to make some positive changes in your life. I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are experiencing anxiety, attachment issues, depression, grief/loss, infertility, midlife transitions, parenthood struggles, and perinatal/postpartum mood disorders. My approach to therapy is always client-focused: I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to reducing distress, increasing self-compassion/understanding, and improving emotional wellness. I help individuals safely process their emotions and experiences to learn practical, strength-based coping strategies and techniques for symptom management/reduction. I believe working through some of the most difficult times in our life requires additional support. I recognize that it takes courage to seek help, and in our work together we'll utilize your strengths to help you make the change you're looking for.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) with over 15 years of experience in mental health. My career spans various roles, including program therapist for inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, manager of a geriatric behavioral health unit in a rural community, and as department director in a critical care mental health hospital. Throughout my years in the field, I noticed that many individuals struggling with mental health challenges lacked essential skills—whether in communication, emotional regulation, or behavioral management. This realization led me to establish my private practice, where I focus on equipping individuals with evidence-based skills to enhance their mental well-being.

Hi, I'm Ashley! I help women tap into their resilience, restore hope, and transform their lives with authenticity, compassion, and a passion for seeing women thrive. I like to consider myself THE therapist for women. My mission is to help individuals navigate life’s difficulties to become the best possible versions of themselves. Both my clinical and personal experiences have taught me that, though we cannot control everything, we can control our behaviors, perspectives, beliefs, actions, and HEALING. I plan to equip you with the tools needed to promote your overall well-being and facilitate lasting positive change. I hold EMDR and talk therapy sessions with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and difficulty navigating challenges and transitions. However, I specialize in perinatal mental health, infertility, and EMDR. In addition, I run a support group for women struggling with infertility. Through additional training and certifications, I have and continue to develop a variety of tools to support you, and I may use different techniques during our work together. Accordingly, my approach is best described as client-centered and strengths-based, drawing also on theories and strategies of cognitive-behavioral therapy. When I am not practicing as a therapist, I am spending time with my family. We love to stuff our faces with tasty food and find new adventures. I also dabble in wedding photography as a creative outlet. But generally, you will find me advocating for women struggling with infertility and all the experiences it brings. I can't wait to work with you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions or grappling with uncertainty about how to manage them? It’s entirely understandable to notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of meaningful change, I’m here to walk alongside you and offer my support at every step. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and a Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technician, I bring a wealth of experience from diverse clinical settings, including crisis response, detox facilities, and both individual and group therapy. My approach is compassionate and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Together, we will work to understand how your thoughts and emotions influence your actions. With CBT, we can gently identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that may be holding you back. MI will provide a space for you to explore and address any ambivalence about change, helping you uncover your motivation for growth. Through SFT, we will focus on your unique strengths and practical solutions that resonate with your goals. In our work together, we will explore both current challenges and past experiences to gain insight into how they shape your life today. I am deeply committed to supporting the holistic healing of your mind, body, and spirit, tailoring my approach to honor your unique journey. You don’t have to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or everyday stress alone. Wherever you find yourself on this path—whether you’re seeking help for the first time or returning for deeper work—you are taking a brave and vital step.

Welcome! I am Kimberly. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience providing therapy. Many of us desire a sense of peace, connection, and well-being within ourselves and in our life. Yet life circumstances and even parts of ourselves can prevent us from having these experiences in our day to day lives. Providing a safe and non-judgmental place to explore your struggles and emotional pain is essential to my practice. I feel grateful to be able to support those who desire to grow and heal.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I am so happy you went with your instinct to start counseling. I have been a Therapist for over 14 years and my specialization is marriage and family therapy. I have over 30 years experience working with people in one capacity or another. I was a substitute teacher at an alternative high school; I was a silver star rescue diver and an EMT-Intermediate; and, I had worked at a psychiatric hospital for people ages 12 through 80. These few noted experiences have led to my capacity to be an empathetic Therapist while helping others achieve their own goals using their own strengths. My fee is $150 cash only for couples or families. Otherwise, for individual therapy you are able to use your insurance if accepted.

I am well-versed in military specific issues, as I contracted at various installations for six years and I have been in private practice in a military community for over 7 years. Most of my clients are activity duty, veterans, and/or spouses of active duty service members. I am EMDR basic trained and use tough skills with anxious and traumatized clients. Most of my clients have relationship issues due to past traumas that have not been processed. I have a strength-based approach, providing support and practical feedback to help clients address personal life challenges. I am a systemic thinker, meaning I view life as a relationship and each individual within the relationship is an integral participant in the "whole" system. Most "individual" or "couple" issues effect the entire family system.

I’m Donita Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who truly believes in the power of change, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. At my core, I’m a helper. I show up for my clients with empathy, honesty, and a calm, grounded presence. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and supporting you as you build the life you want to live. I bring over six years of experience working with individuals, children, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I began my career as an Intensive In-Home Therapist, where I gained firsthand experience with complex family dynamics, conflict resolution, and the emotional toll of caregiving and stress. That background shaped me into a therapist who listens deeply, sees the full picture, and responds with both compassion and practical tools. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, down to earth, and genuine. I value building a real connection in therapy; one that makes you feel safe enough to be honest, even when it’s hard. I’ll help you learn how to manage overwhelming thoughts, cope with stress, and rediscover your strengths. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your pace. I believe in showing up authentically, in life and in the therapy space, and I invite my clients to do the same.
