(she/her)
I have over 25 years of experience working with clients to address concerns stemming from anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, career changes, and other various stage-of-life concerns. My clinical area of focus involves Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Stress Management. Through discussion and exploration with you, we will develop a working plan to address your needs and goals.
In the first session, we will discuss your concerns, explore goals and develop action steps for your treatment plan.
I will work with you to build towards your personal goals and develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
We will aim to define strategies to support optimal emotional and physical health and well-being. These strategies incorporate perspective shifts, motivational gains and lifestyle enhancements. Our work together can result in new, healthier ways of seeing yourself and your world.
I utilize an integrative, eclectic approach that draws from multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Rather than adhering to a single theoretical framework, I flexibly incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches based on what will be most effective for your specific situation. My collaborative style focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship while adapting interventions to match your preferences, personality, and presenting concerns.
I provide couples counseling using an integrative approach that combines evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and communication skills training to address each couple's unique relationship dynamics. My focus is on helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflicts constructively, and strengthen their emotional connection. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard while working collaboratively to identify patterns, develop healthier interaction styles, and achieve your relationship goals.
