What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In a typical counseling session, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. Each session begins with a brief check-in, allowing clients to discuss their current emotional state and any significant events since our last meeting. This is followed by an exploration of the topics or issues that clients wish to address, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs. Throughout the session, I actively listen and provide feedback, helping clients gain insights and develop coping strategies.
