I’m a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I value authenticity, emotional safety, and meaningful connection, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. My work is grounded in empathy, clarity, and collaboration, helping clients better understand themselves, build healthier patterns, and move forward with confidence and intention.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space that feels comfortable and supportive. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; you move at your own pace. We’ll also review important logistics such as confidentiality, boundaries, and how therapy works, so you know exactly what to expect. This session is as much for you as it is for me; it’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, share preferences, and decide if my style feels like a good fit. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental conversation where you’re listened to and validated. By the end of the session, we’ll identify initial goals and discuss next steps, whether that’s continuing therapy, exploring specific focus areas, or adjusting the pace to meet your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is building strong therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, attunement, and clarity, allowing clients to engage in meaningful, effective work toward their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who appears “fine” on the outside but feels overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained on the inside. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, or relationship stress. They need a safe, supportive space to process emotions, gain clarity, and learn practical coping tools. Their goals are to feel more confident, set healthier boundaries, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. They want therapy because they’re ready to heal, feel more in control, and create a life that feels peaceful, stable, and aligned.
