While working with client's I utilize the therapeutic techniques Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I focus on helping clients find peace, healing, and mental clarity in their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session will start with a brief introduction, then review the information that was completed prior to session. We will begin to focus on your current challenges. This will allow me to create a person centered treatment plan tailored to your personal needs and treatment goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength would be my ability to work with a diverse population of individuals. I believe my past experience has allowed me to work with a variety of individuals. It has given me an opportunity to reach so many people and better myself as a therapist.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This method of treatment has been effective with treating my clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. This particular method has allowed me to help several individuals over the past years. It encourages individuals to challenge the way they process information and make decisions. Clients are taught skills to utilize to assist them with managing their emotions in a healthy way.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This treatment method has worked great when working with people who suffer from anxiety or anger issues. It allows the individual to calm down and focus their attention on something other than the current issue. This will assist them with forcing their bodies into "relaxation mode".
