(she/her)
I am a licensed mental health therapist and private practice owner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I specialize in supporting clients who are dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask questions about your background, current stressors, and any relevant history to better understand your needs. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, this is your space, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying goals and discuss how we can work together moving forward.
My greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way while helping them develop practical tools for real-life change. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a personalized touch, recognizing that no two people are the same. Clients often appreciate my balance of empathy and honesty. I will support you, but also gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. I focus not just on symptom relief, but on helping you build deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional well-being.
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Does life seem too much at times? Are you looking for a judgement free zone to process and explore difficult emotions? Or life challenges? Or relationships?
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients for more than five years. It is very helpful with anxiety and depression.
