In your first session, we will engage in open and casual dialogue where you are able to share your story while we work to find a connection. Ultimately, the goal will be for you to determine if I am the therapist that best fits your needs
Having worked with many populations, I have learned to connect with others in the most amazing ways. I focus on the therapist-client relationship rooted in genuine sincerity. Regarding this relationship as the most significant part of therapy ensures that clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
I thoroughly enjoy working with males with focus on men's issues and child and adolescent , along with their support systems, to help them find their own voice as they navigate the challenges found in an ever-changing world. They often feel unheard or misunderstood by others leaving them filled with emotions they may not be equipped to cope with or express.

What stood out most was how approachable and engaged he was. He created an environment that felt conversational and genuine instead of overly clinical, which made it easier to open up. I appreciated his perspective that the real work of therapy happens outside the session and his willingness to be accessible for support or questions in between appointments. That approach made the process feel more practical, supportive, and centered on real-life growth rather than just weekly conversations.
