I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in SC, PA, TN, and NC. I specialize in helping clients and family members with addiction issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder , PTSD. I also assist clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and can provide relationship and couples counseling as well. I have been practicing for over 10 years and have an empathetic and passionate approach. I love working with all ages.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients will be asked to share their reasons for seeking therapy. Goals will be explored while building the therapeutic relationship. Clients will be listened to in an understanding and empathetic way and encouraged while they explore their reasons for change and receive feedback and positive regard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a great empathetic listener who tries to understand my clients thoroughly. I myself have personal experience with OCD and addiction and can approach from a place of true understanding and lived experience.

Motivational Interviewing

I have used motivational interviewing and other therapeutic interventions for the last 10 years in dealing with Substance Use Disorder. I use CBT and ERP in treating anxiety and depression.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ERP in treating anxiety and depression.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I and trained in OCD and use ERP for treatment in session and as homework. ERP is the gold standard for treatment for OCD.
