I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with several years of experience supporting people through the messy, real parts of life — anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, and everything in between. I offer a therapy space that’s affirming, down-to-earth, and rooted in both healing and growth. My approach blends clinical tools with real-life understanding, so you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I welcome you to vent until your heart is content!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Think of our sessions as a safe space to unpack what’s been weighing you down, gain clarity, and develop tools that actually work for you. Whether you’re dealing with career stress, navigating friendships as an adult, or healing from past experiences, I’m here to support you every step of the way. You don’t have to do this alone, let’s work together to create a life that feels good for you!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is creating a space where you can show up fully as you — no need to shrink, censor, or over-explain. I bring a mix of compassion, realness, and humor to sessions, because healing doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical to be effective. I’m also great at helping you connect the dots — whether it’s unpacking deep patterns, navigating identity, or managing anxiety — and I do it in a way that’s collaborative, not preachy. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed, and remind you of your strength even when you forget it. Basically, I hold space without judgment, I keep it real, and I meet you where you are — because that’s where real change starts.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to support people who feel like they’re carrying a lot — emotionally, mentally, culturally — and are ready to unpack it in a space that feels real, safe, and judgment-free. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, identity stuff, or just trying to figure out who you are outside of other people’s expectations, you’re not alone. I work especially well with folks who’ve always been the “strong one,” the caretaker, or the high achiever — the ones who hold it together on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. If you value self-awareness, want to explore your past without living in it, and are looking for a therapist who sees you as a whole person (not just a diagnosis), we’ll probably be a great fit.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

Strength-based therapy flips the script — instead of focusing only on what’s “wrong,” we look at what’s right with you and build from there. In our work together, we’ll slow down and actually name the strengths you already carry — your resilience, creativity, intuition, or the way you show up for others — and use those as tools for growth and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT has helped so many of my clients better understand the patterns behind their anxiety and feel more in control of their thoughts. If we work together, we’ll use CBT to break down how your thoughts, emotions, and actions are all connected. Once you start recognizing those patterns, you’ll be able to shift the ones that aren’t serving you — and that’s where real change happens. Less overthinking, less spiraling, and more calm, clarity, and confidence.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In sessions, I use mindfulness to help you tune into what’s happening in your body and mind in the present moment. That means noticing your stress or anxiety as it shows up, so you can respond more intentionally instead of reacting on autopilot. It’s not about “clearing your mind” or being zen 24/7. It’s about building awareness, creating space between you and your thoughts, and learning to sit with your experience — even the hard stuff — in a way that feels doable. Over time, that awareness gives you more choice, more calm, and more clarity in everyday life.
