Hi. I am licensed clinical social worker, licensed in the states of North Carolina and Georgia, I have over 6 years of experience working with individuals ages 16-55+ experiencing mild to severe impairment secondary to stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, mood liability, trauma, and a host of other challenges. I use specialize in using cognitive-behavioral , solution-focused, mindfulness, and elements of dialectal behavioral therapy interventions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will do belief introductions then delve into presenting concerns, history of presenting concerns, and past treatment history, if applicable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with such a broad range of clients I bring unique understanding, and knowledge into each session with clients. Together, the client and I use information gather during our first session to collaborate on therapy goals, which can be modified over time. During sessions, I provide an empathic, non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere while challenging the client to understand themselves and their situations better through dialogue, in-session and homework assignments with the intent of getting clients to their said goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with highly functioning individuals who are eager and motivated to change, yet lack the knowledge, tools, and discipline to do so. These Individuals tend to be those who are able to maintain employment, attend school, and adhere to responsibilities, but behind closed doors may be experiencing feelings of sadness, overwhelm, mood swings, and sleep difficulties.
