Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients who engage with me in the first session can expect an earnest expectation of what therapy actual is as opposed to what they may have seen or heard. I will do my best to provide a realistic perspective and assist individuals in understanding what a session will possibly look like going forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having over 10 plus years of experience in both the military and civilian sectors I believe some of my greatest strengths are communication, providing clarity, creating a healthy and comfortable perspective of therapy. I am the client's support system during therapy and let them know that our therapy sessions are a safe place.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I look forward to working with individuals who feel comfortable engaging in therapy. Individuals who may need or require some assistance in viewing the entire perspective or making those hard decisions in life.
