I have a PhD in Psychology and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is licensed in the states of Texas and North Carolina. I have vast amount of experience in addressing Anxiety, PTSD and Depression. I have experience in addressing life experiences, anger management, and marital conflict. My military experience has allowed me to have various approaches to addressing client's needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients who engage with me in the first session can expect an earnest expectation of what therapy actual is as opposed to what they may have seen or heard. I will do my best to provide a realistic perspective and assist individuals in understanding what a session will possibly look like going forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having over 10 plus years of experience in both the military and civilian sectors I believe some of my greatest strengths are communication, providing clarity, creating a healthy and comfortable perspective of therapy. I am the client's support system during therapy and let them know that our therapy sessions are a safe place.
