Since 2013, I’ve supported individuals and families facing challenges that impact their daily lives and relationships. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and family-related concerns.
My approach to therapy is practical and focused on helping you feel better. Using solution-focused strategies and CBT, we’ll build on your strengths, find realistic solutions, and work through unhelpful thoughts to create healthier patterns and improve family dynamics.
I’m a Christian Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, caregiver fatigue, and life transitions, as well as individuals and families navigating developmental, cognitive, or physical challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills and build resilience.
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we focus on identifying patterns that may be creating barriers while building strategies that promote emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and personal growth.
My goal is to support each client in recognizing their strengths, developing tools for managing life’s challenges, and creating meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and greater balance.
My approach to therapy is solution-focused and practical. While talking things through is important, I also believe therapy should help you build tools you can actually use in your everyday life. Together, we focus on what’s happening right now and look for realistic ways to make things feel more manageable.
I often incorporate mindfulness in a grounded, approachable way. This isn’t about doing it perfectly or trying to feel calm all the time. It’s about learning how to notice what’s going on inside you, slow things down, and respond with more intention rather than reacting on autopilot.
Above all, I care about the relationship we build. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where trust can grow and you can show up as you are. Therapy with me is a partnership, and we work at a pace that feels right for you, safe and respectful.
Hi, my name is Samantha and I enjoy the work that I do with my clients. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth therapy to adults throughout New York State. I work with anxiety, depression, work stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
Many of my clients are capable, high-functioning people who are used to handling a great deal but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down. Some have tried therapy before and found it supportive, but not especially effective. My goal is for therapy to feel clear, practical, and genuinely useful.
My style is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative. I use CBT and DBT to help clients understand the patterns contributing to distress and develop concrete tools to manage emotions, reduce stress, and create meaningful change in daily life.
I’m a therapist committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to show up as your full self. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re balancing responsibilities, navigating relationships, or managing stress that others may not always see. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and begin to feel more grounded and in control.
I use a collaborative and client-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to support both insight and meaningful change. Whether we’re identifying unhelpful patterns or working through past experiences that still feel present, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
My background in public health and community-based work allows me to understand how personal experiences are often shaped by larger systems and environments. I value culturally responsive care and strive to create an inclusive space where all aspects of your identity are respected.
Therapy with me is a space for growth, healing, and building practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.
Hi! I'm Spencer, a social worker and certified alcohol and substance use counselor based in Brooklyn. I've been working in mental health and addiction since 2021. I've been a social worker in all sorts of environments with all sorts of clients and patients: residential, outpatient, inpatient, hospital, community clinic, private practice; adolescents, adults, geriatrics- you name it, I've worked it! This variety of exposure and experiences has given me some insight into all of the different issues that can bother us, and all the ways we can handle those issues. I've learned about the broad ranges of feelings we feel, and how to cope with those feelings in productive ways. I've also learned about how we can come to rely on unhealthy coping skills, and ways to transition into more positive and safer skills.
I’m a relational, insight-oriented therapist who believes meaningful change happens when we slow down enough to understand what’s really driving our patterns. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, and relationship dynamics, especially those who function well on the outside but feel tangled or overwhelmed internally.
My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative. Together, we look at the emotional themes and internal narratives shaping your current struggles, not just to analyze them, but to help you move through life with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.

I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and experiences at your own pace. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded, more aware, and more able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Many people feel stuck at times but do not know how to make changes to allow them to enjoy their lives to the fullest. My approach to counseling incorporates a few styles of therapy to help clients clarify goals, understand their own behaviors and self-talk, and take charge of their future. Clinical areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, stress management, conflict resolution, work and career issues, grief & loss, and anger management. I strongly believe in the dignity and worth of people and am dedicated to helping people find a productive healthy path.
What drew me to this path was being able to help people see that they carry the strength and resilience for resolutions on their own. Much of what people may need is some guidance and support through their healing journeys.

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore what’s not working—and start making changes they’re proud of. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and strength-based strategies to help you gain clarity and momentum. Meanwhile, my personal journey through fertility, family building, and parenting broadened my empathy—allowing me to be fully present with clients through their most difficult moments.
If you’re ready to design a life with more joy, peace, and meaningful relationships, I’d be honored to walk with you. Let’s figure it out—together.
Hi, I’m Catherine! I'm the kind of therapist that feels like talking with a friend. It's important to me that therapy doesn't feel too intimidating or scary - I want you to feel safe, supported, and understood while doing challenging yet rewarding work.
My approach is using the lens of Polyvagal Theory, which means I focus on your nervous system and help you understand the different states of your nervous system and how to interpret the signals your body sends you to then meet your emotional and psychological needs. I also use person-in-environment (PIE) where we will look at how the environments you are exposed to play a role in your mental and emotional state because a lot of what we humans experience is appropriate responses to things we experience - therapy with me is learning how to move through those responses. A lot of the work is about finding safety within your body and gaining confidence by aligning with who you truly are.
I’m originally from Nashville but now call New York City home. When I’m not with clients, I’m usually reading, wandering around the city, or at a Yankees game. And on occasion, my cats will join our sessions!

I have been a therapist for 14 years, working virtually with teens and adults for the last 7 years. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and offering a warm and safe place to explore who they are and who they want to be. My background is in communication sciences and that has helped drive who I am as a therapist. I understand that all behavior is communicative and sometimes we need help understanding what it is we are trying to communicate to ourselves and others.
I provide counseling for children, teens, and young adults in a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is strengths-based, developmentally appropriate, and sensitive to past experiences. In therapy, I help clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence so they can better manage stress, big emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change by giving clients practical tools they can use in real life.
In addition to counseling, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to help families better understand concerns related to attention and focus (ADHD), autism, learning differences, emotional regulation, anxiety, mood challenges, and executive functioning skills such as organization and self-control. These evaluations are thorough but easy to understand and highlight both strengths and areas needing support. When appropriate, I provide clear diagnoses along with practical, individualized recommendations that families and schools can use right away.
