Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together we'll start with brief introductions and begin developing a relationship. Trust and mutual respect will be developed as we begin to work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with people of various backgrounds, genders, and gender identities I feel that empathy and understanding are my greatest strengths as a provider. For the past 20 years I've developed and maintain a supportive and non judgmental space for clients to identify and meet their needs and goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients are eager to improve but don't yet have the tools needed to make their goals a reality. In most cases those I work with need and want to explore their situations and experiences in order to identify their goals.

My treatment methods

Supportive

I have had a experience in gender affirming therapy, mindfulness, motivational therapy, grief, adjustment disorders, positive psychology, solution focused therapy and working with caregivers of family members, especially those with intellectual disabilities. I have found that therapy is most effective when sessions are based on you and can change and develop as you do. I can help guide you in a non judgmental setting to explore your experiences, feelings, and goals. Let's work together to facilitate the change and growth you are seeking.
