I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who provides supportive spaces for adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. I work with individuals to achieve greater clarity and balance in their lives. My approach in collaborative, trauma informed and strengths based with a focus on building insight, resilience and coping skills. I aim to empower clients to feel more grounded and confident. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or minimize your pain. It’s a space to slow down, unpack what’s weighing on you, heal from past experiences, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session wiith me will be a welcoming conversation about what brought you to therapy. There is no "right" way to show up as we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll take some time to explore recent challenges and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to help you feel safe and understood so you can leave the session with a sense of direction and reassurance that you do not have to figure things out on your own.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

There is always an effort to approach with a balance of warmth, structure and practicality. You deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve to feel calm in your body, clear in your mind, and grounded in who you are. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or minimize your pain. It’s a space to slow down, unpack what’s weighing on you, heal from past experiences, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling disconnected, burnt out, or lost on the inside. They’re navigating adulthood, relationships, identity, expectations, and pressure—often putting themselves last.
