New to Grow
Hello, and welcome. I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. You deserve a space where you do not have to carry everything on your own. My goal is to provide compassionate, person-centered therapy grounded in genuine human connection. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, grief, chronic illness, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing while building on the strengths and resilience you already possess. My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Whether you are looking for relief from overwhelming symptoms, support through a difficult life change, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to help you move toward greater balance, wellness, and personal growth.
In our first session, I will take time to learn about your story, your experiences, and what brings you to therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will discuss your concerns, identify your goals, and begin exploring the strengths and resources you can draw upon throughout the therapeutic process. You can expect a supportive and collaborative conversation focused on helping you gain clarity, feel understood, and begin building a path forward. Together, we will develop a plan that aligns with your needs and goals while fostering confidence and hope for meaningful change.
I bring warmth, authenticity, and presence to every session. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and empowered in their healing journey. My style is both compassionate and practical, helping clients better understand their experiences while developing tools they can use in everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic theory, and narrative techniques. I also have specialized training in trauma and anxiety disorders, allowing me to support clients in developing resilience, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of personal empowerment. A message I often share with clients is that self-care is not selfish—it is essential. I believe sustainable healing happens when we learn to care for ourselves with the same compassion we extend to others.
I am best positioned to support teenagers, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, burnout, grief, substance use concerns, stress, and significant life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from themselves and the life they want to live. Whether you are coping with the effects of trauma, adjusting to a chronic health condition, navigating a loss, managing anxiety, or working through a major life change, I offer a supportive partnership focused on helping you move forward. Together, we will build practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and lasting growth.
