Hello! My name is Madison Pryor, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) in the state of Indiana. I have worked in many arenas within the Behavioral Health and Addiction field, with 5+ years of experience as a therapist and many more years in other various roles over the last 10+ years, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their healing journeys. I earned my Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree with a focus in Forensic Psychology and Addiction Counseling from Tiffin University and later obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University's School of Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health and Addiction treatment.
A few fun facts about me: I have two young kiddos who keep me laughing and on my toes! I love snuggling with my rescue pup, Zeus. When I'm not working with clients or spending time with my family, you can almost always find me with my nose in a book, listening to an audiobook, or listening to a good podcast!
When life becomes challenging, when self-care is slipping away, or when stress and struggles seem overwhelming or paralyzing, I want you to know that you are not alone. You are stronger than you realize. You can discover (or rediscover) your “authentic self” even when it seems impossible or unsurmountable. I am here to help. Together, we can assess what your authentic needs are and how to achieve them in mind, body, emotions, spirit and action. I’m here to guide, educate, and empower you. My care approach is one of curiosity and compassion so that during our sessions, you are free to slow down and safely practice mindfulness and self-care.
Together, we will decide which types of interventions work best for you: talk therapy, faith-based, practical problem-solving, trauma-informed care, or creative techniques like art or narrative approaches. We will explore your inner thought-life through mindfulness and cognitive work. We will identify skills, strengths, and supports that can grow through patient practice between sessions. With evidence-based techniques, we will find and navigate paths so you can reclaim joy and walk in peace. I am privileged to walk alongside you during your journey.
Peace and hope are possible and sustainable.
You deserve to take care of yourself.
You are stronger on the other side.
I am a somatic therapist, not just a talk therapist. I work in the body. I help adults reduce overwhelm, build practical tools, and create real, lasting change in daily life. My work integrates structured, evidence based approaches with a nervous system focused approach that supports regulation, recovery, and clarity.
I focus on you as a person, not a diagnosis, and tailor the work to how you function best.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just needing a safe place to share life's challenges, you're home! Your present circumstances don't have to determine where you go; they determine where you start. My approach to client care is strengths and evidence based, client-centered, trauma-informed and individualized. I have significant training in DBT and also utilize CBT, MI and ACT approaches to client care. I have been providing therapy services for over 12 years. I took a break to raise a family and so I don't just offer professional skills, I offer "real life" wisdom and experience. You have permission to be fully vulnerable. For clients who desire it, I am very comfortable integrating faith into the therapeutic process.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

If you struggle with anxious attachment, people pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling triggered, anger, anxiety, depression, co-dependence, parenting issues, and ADD/ ADHD, then I want to work with you. These symptoms and attachment style are often related to each other and often related to similar childhood experiences of inconstant or abusive/neglectful caregivers. (ADD and ADHD is not cause by caregivers, however, when it goes undiagnosed in children, there is s strong correlation to symptoms described above)
Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed
Welcome, I’m Nubia.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you.
Let’s take the first step, together.
Warmly,
Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC

I am Becka Oberle and I am a licensed Clinical social worker who has worked in the counseling field for 30 plus years. My approach to my work is very client centered but also engage person to person allowing my clients to feel more comfortable while still creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal focused and like to always I provide actions and tools for my clients so they are making continuous growth. I have used many tools in my career knowing not everyone connects in the same way and thinking outside the box is vital. In my career 3 of my dogs have worked with me as trained therapy dogs and one of my horses worked with me doing equine therapy. I look at each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them learn to express and walk through life's struggles. I find not everyone is most comfortable with talking or writing so will encourage a client to use a drawing journal to express feelings when that is something they enjoy and feel more confident in using. I am a christian based counselor and will, at client request, use a faith based approach that can add an added support for the client. I am so blessed to have had this as my career and have worked with clients of all ages starting my career on the cancer center a Riley hospital for Children, moving to a locked unit with juvenile offenders ages 5-11, equine assisted therapy for at risk teens, to working with seniors in long term care or living at home. I am now doing my work from home making the progression as people have been given this as a source of support and allowing them to get help from home.
You may be the person everyone depends on, yet still find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of where to turn. Maybe you’re navigating a difficult relationship, grieving a loss, struggling with self-esteem, or carrying emotional burdens that have built up over time.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and also a School Social Worker. I believe healing happens when we take the time to understand the experiences, relationships, and life events that have shaped us. Often, the challenges that bring people to therapy are connected to deeper layers of their story that deserve attention, compassion, and understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop tools to support meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life with confidence and clarity.

Hey there!
My name is Lindsay, and I have been a mental health clinician for 10 years, working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and have found meaningful ways to build mindfulness practices and develop the mind-body connection to address several mental health concerns for those who are open to this approach.
My general approach to therapy is to build a comfortable and psychologically safe environment. I think it is most important to build a meaningful relationship with clients, that allows for sharing, growth, and personal empowerment. I have a laid-back approach to therapy and do my best to meet clients where they are with attention to unique needs.
Outside of my clinical work in mental health, I am an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Ball State University. I completed my PhD in 2024 focusing on increasing awareness of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how we may build better therapeutic interventions for this population. I thoroughly enjoy being able to bridge gaps between mental health research, teaching the next generation of clinicians, and maintaining clinical work myself.

Hello. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I have worked in the field of Social Work for 25 years at the Bachelor's level, including case management for at-risk youth, CPS investigations and medical social work. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and have been practicing five years. Mrs. Whiteside has worked in various mental health settings maintaining her unwavering focus on mothers and small children. As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.
If you're feeling constantly overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns of worry, self doubt, or low motivation you're not alone. Anxiety, depression and burnout can make even simple daily tasks feel overwhelming and draining. Therapy can provide a space where you feel like you are not carrying everything on your own. I provide a warm, supportive, and non judgmental environment where you feel safe and comfortable to explore what you are experiencing. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have helped individuals navigate periods of stress, emotional distress, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy. My work mainly focuses on helping clients understand and manage the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and overwhelming life events. As a military spouse, I have firsthand insight into how prolonged uncertainty, transitions, and cumulative stress impact individuals, which informs my compassionate and grounded approach to care.
I use evidence-based, trauma-focused methods to help clients develop emotional regulation, boost self-awareness, and regain safety and stability. Many clients face anxiety, relationship issues, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or trauma-related patterns. Therapy is a collaborative process, carefully paced to let clients participate comfortably without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Earlier in my career, I mainly worked with children and adolescents. Currently, I focus on supporting adults and couples, while still working with teen clients. This experience helps me understand how early experiences, attachment styles, and relationship dynamics can affect current functioning and relationships.
I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment where clients can freely explore their experiences, acquire practical coping skills, and progress toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
Anxiety and depression can look different for everyone since we all have unique experiences. I'm here to listen to your unique story and help identify coping skills that are specific to your needs. I'm passionate about supporting individuals who feel sad or anxious due to low self-esteem, difficult transitions, loss/grief and trauma. Together, we can work on strategies to help you manage these difficult emotions.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in treating adults with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Overwhelming sorrow and fear can negatively impact physical health, mood, and emotional wellbeing. I enjoy providing techniques to help manage worry and self-destructive thoughts.
I focus on a person-centered approach building upon your strengths. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental and empowering atmosphere. I look forward to a collaborate relationship working towards your goals.
I became a therapist because I believe people are worth fighting for — including the parts of themselves they've written off, hidden away, or learned to manage instead of heal. That conviction drives everything I do.
I work with women, teen girls, and couples, and I've spent over seven years walking alongside people in some of the hardest seasons of their lives. What I've learned is that the struggles that bring people to therapy rarely start where they think they do. So we go deeper — not to dredge up the past for its own sake, but because real, lasting change usually requires understanding what's actually driving things.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as the foundation of my work. In plain terms, that means I'm not here to fix you or diagnose what's wrong with you. I'm here to help you understand yourself — all of yourself, including the parts that feel difficult or contradictory — with a lot more compassion and a lot less judgment.
My faith is part of who I am, and it shapes how I see every person I work with: as someone with real worth, real capacity for change, and a story that isn't over. How much that shows up in our sessions is entirely up to you. Some clients want faith woven throughout. Others just want to know their whole self is welcome. Either way, you're in the right place.
I'm currently offering telehealth sessions in Indiana and Michigan.
Welcome! I'm Sarah! Your story matters. You have value.
Whatever is hurting or aching must be tended to. I don't want you to walk through this pain alone. I am a warm, Christian therapist who focuses on creating a space where you can share the painful parts of your story as well as feel supported through practical tools and new perspectives to move forward. I work with females who want to work on anxiety, people-pleasing, insecure attachment, emotional regulation, perfectionism, communication, setting boundaries, grief, comparison, self-compassion, shame, building confidence, divorce, health struggles, relational concerns, navigating breakups, practicing self-care, and building a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
In the first few minutes of each session, I teach a tool. These tools have been life-changing for me and my clients, so I am passionate to share them and find my clients make much more progress! Then I check in with you on what you would like to process for that day. After you share, I focus on processing your feelings and the situation as well as sharing my perspectives and tools. Feel free to reach out to see if I might be a good fit for you!
Hi and welcome to my page! My name is Jen and I am a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor). I have 12 years of experience helping individuals process through grief, learn new skills to manage anxiety and depression and collaborate to live their healthiest life. I believe in the whole person and how life, family and genetics fully affect mental health, while knowing that learning new skills can fully change those patterns. I am a devoted human in life and a devoted therapist every day.
Welcome. I am a licensed clinical social worker in California and Indiana. I have experience working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, transition and other life situations. If you need support, answers or just want to talk things through to better understand yourself and your choices I can help. I have experience with Jungian therapy, CBT and DBT as well as life transitions (what we might call grief work). With the current election you may have expectations, disappointments or just need to process. I welcome you in whatever part of the process you are in.
I do require your intake form and measures completed and submitted before your first session. If you are unable to complete and submit by our first session, I will cancel and reschedule to give you enough time. I also use GROW AI for help with session note taking.
I look forward to our work together. Welcome! Rachel
