I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and patterns, while also giving you a chance to ask questions about my approach and how we will work together. This session is also a time to clarity practical details, such as session structure, frequency, and confidentiality. My goal is fo you to leave feeling understood, supported, and clear about the next steps in your therapeutic journey. Together, we will begin creating a plan tailored to your needs-whether for individual, couples or family therapy.
