I am passionate about mental health and take more of a holistic approach to counseling. I take the approach that healing involves the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. With a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, I try to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges, uncover strengths, and develop personalized strategies for healing and growth.

I have experience working with both children and adults and am comfortable working with all ages. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in the counseling process with openness, honesty, and a willingness to grow. My ideal clients are those who recognize that meaningful change takes time and effort, and who are committed to exploring both the difficult and empowering aspects of personal transformation.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have had some training in CBT and TF-CBT. I work with clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and reactions. I also work with clients to reframe their thoughts.
