During the initial session, you will gain a better understanding of the therapy process and what to expect during sessions. We will discuss your current challenges and goals and outline a plan with actionable steps beginning the first session.

With almost 25 years of experience in behavioral health, I bring depth and experience in my practice. I have supported individuals across the life span from children to older adults and understand the meaningful connection between physical, mental, and emotional health.

I strive to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, patterns of behavior, and boundaries with themselves and those around them to better protect your peace and improve quality of life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to assist clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. This understanding allows clients to gain insight, develop skills, and apply tools to create lasting, meaningful change.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an effective tool to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving distress tolerance, and strengthening interpersonal effectiveness.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based therapy works to increase present-moment awareness and develop a nonjudgmental relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses. Mindfulness practices allows clients to respond more intentionally rather than react automatically, encouraging emotional regulation and stress reduction.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution focused brief therapy focused on building on personal strengths to develop practical steps towards desired change. This approach helps clients develop practical steps to find solutions to problems to achieve change in a short period of time. This approach can be used across most situations making it effective for long-term change.
