Grief can be overwhelming and can accompany a lot of additional feelings some of those can be anxiety, anger, sadness, resentment, and relief. I help clients by helping validate and explore these emotions, identifying coping skills and support, and giving them the tools to rebuild their new normal. Other common issues include anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, coping skills, and family conflict.
