So, what brings you to therapy? My name is Aquarius and I am a Christian woman, mother of 5 and grandmother of 6. I have overcome so much in my life, and I would love to help you see that you can do the same. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who uses an ecclectic approach to help you acquire the control over your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, mental health symptoms, and life issues that plague you. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist who does telehealth therapy for Texas and Florida.
In our first session, I will gather information about your symptoms and current situation. We will begin creating a treatment plan by setting goals. I will identify skills to work on and we will discuss them.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy are used in sessions depending on the needs of the clients. I believe in assigning homework, giving psychoeducation, using videos and interactives, art therapy and much more to help with client symptoms and struggles.
Christian counseling, grief therapy, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, marital counseling, teen counseling, trauma focused therapy, substance use disorder therapy, ADHD, bipolar and related disorders.
i am in the best position to serve adult and teen clients looking to talk through current issues with transparency, identify any/all issues that are preventing progress or causing mental health symptoms, work on those issues and make plans for maintaining that progress when therapy is complete.

I always felt seen and know I’m being heard by Aquarius. She asks questions helping me to dig deeper to root issues. She is empathetic and able to direct how better to handle highly stressful situations. She is out to help her clients set and reach healthy goals!

Ms. Cox has such a genuine nature to her. She really cares and is very professional. She puts a lot of effort to really listen and understand. I love how she is always giving us resources and taking notes. She is a tried and true marriage therapist ❤️
