I provide therapy for individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers to adults—who are navigating psychological, emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I work with clients experiencing depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, feelings of doubt or disconnection, and those who are adjusting to major life transitions. I also support individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma or are struggling with overwhelming stress.
