New to Grow
Navigating life’s most difficult chapters doesn't have to be a solo journey. With over a decade of experience, I partner with individuals to transform the weight of trauma, anxiety, and depression into a path of self-discovery. My approach is bilingual and deeply rooted in client-centered care, ensuring that you remain the architect of your own healing. Together, we will build the self-compassion and inner strength needed for you to make autonomous, confident decisions for your future."
In our first session, my primary goal is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can feel truly at ease. We will begin by getting to know one another, ensuring you feel safe and heard as we explore your story. Together, we will identify small, manageable goals that feel right for you, so you can leave our time together feeling empowered and hopeful about the path ahead."
As a therapist, I offered compassionate care, and a non-judgmental listening style that will make you feel comfortable disclosing your difficult experiences. I utilize a person center approach, where clients will be able to see progress in their treatment through evidence based assessment tools that the client will take periodically.
I serve clients who value autonomy and are looking for a collaborative partner rather than a top-down authority figure. My practice is tailored for individuals—including Spanish-speaking and bilingual communities—who are ready to confront anxiety or compulsive behaviors by taking an active role in their own healing. I am most effective with clients whose therapy goal is not just relief from distress, but the development of long-term self-empowerment and the ability to make confident, independent life decisions.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I like to educate my clients on utilizing DBT to assist with emotional regulation; it is very beneficial for people struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma Informed Care is an exceptional treatment modality; in my practice it's implemented to assist my clients recognizing their somatic symptoms and learn to navigate through their triggers.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a great modality that works well with other treatment methods I utilize with my clients. It all starts with shifting your perspective on things, to empower your full potential and put to rest negative intrusive thoughts.
