About me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adults who may look like they have everything together on the outside but are struggling with anxiety, burnout, overthinking, career stress, or feeling stuck on the inside. My approach is warm, practical, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and coaching-informed strategies to help you understand your patterns, identify what you want to change, and take meaningful steps forward

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to understand what brought you to therapy, identify your most important concerns, and begin clarifying what you would like to be different. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can speak openly about what you're experiencing. Together, we will begin identifying goals and determining how CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other goal-oriented strategies may support your needs. You should leave with greater clarity about your concerns and a sense of direction for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients turn overwhelming problems into manageable next steps. I’m a strong listener, but I also believe therapy should lead to meaningful change. With CBT, I help you recognize and challenge thought patterns that may be fueling anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or overthinking. With Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, we focus on your strengths, possibilities, and what you want your life to look like moving forward—not just what has gone wrong. I also incorporate coaching-informed strategies when appropriate to help with goal-setting, career decisions, accountability, confidence, boundaries, and taking action. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin exactly where you are and work toward where you want to be.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is an adult who is experiencing anxiety, burnout, overthinking, career stress, or a major life transition and is ready to create meaningful change. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who are accustomed to being successful and dependable but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection and want practical tools, greater clarity, and achievable steps toward their goals. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients move forward rather than simply managing problems.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help client's understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are linked. I help educate client's on irrational thoughts and core beliefs and then teach them to reframe negative or maladaptive thought patterns which in turn help them increase more positive behavior.
