I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!

Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions. I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life. In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs. For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences. Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes. Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I am a Haitian American clinician, born and raised in Miami, Florida, with a deep appreciation for culture, community, and faith. As a Christian and a licensed clinical social worker, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and respect for each person’s values and lived experience. I earned my master’s in social work from Florida Atlantic University and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling them to develop healthier patterns and practical tools for daily life. I am also currently in the process of becoming trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an approach that can be particularly helpful for those who have experienced trauma or distressing life events. My goal is to integrate EMDR into my work to offer clients additional pathways toward healing, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self. As a Haitian American therapist, I understand the importance of identity, intergenerational dynamics, and cultural nuance in the healing process. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs and am especially passionate supporting those who may be navigating the intersection of culture, faith, and mental health. In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, collaboration, and a focus on practical change that aligns with your goals and values.

I am caring, compassionate, and a very good listener. I am a Christian, wife of a Veteran, mother, and grandmother. My heritage is Caribbean-American. I grew up in South Florida with four sisters and two brothers. I was very independent at a very young age and willing to help out wherever. I am a musician starting with piano in elementary school, then clarinet in middle school, and bass clarinet and bassoon in high school. I love music and find it beneficial in every aspect of life. I decided to grow my family before pursuing a career. I decided to pursue a career in the mental health field because of a family member being diagnosed with a severe mental health disorder. I earned my AA in Psychology, then a dual degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science. After my undergrad, I went on to receive my master's in social work. I have worked with Veterans, homeless, hospice, young adults, children, elders, couples and individuals with severe mental health diagnoses. In my pursuit to help my family member, I became even more passionate about mental health and reducing the negative stigma attached to it. This passion I share with everyone I encounter.

Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you? If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance. As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it. My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

If you are standing at a threshold in your life where the old story no longer fits but the next one has not yet formed, this work may resonate with you. I am a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and I later went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Howard University. Throughout my studies, my practicum experience consisted of working with the Maryland Truancy Court Reduction Program and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. I received post-graduate, intensive training at the Immigration Evaluation Training Center in the area of extreme hardship waivers, domestic violence (VAWA) & asylum immigration evaluations in Virginia and Washington, DC. Thereafter, I later went on to work in a variety of settings that have afforded me the opportunity to diversify my work and skill set with different populations and individual needs. This includes addiction, foster care & adoption, community support and residential treatment. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to learn from and support individuals who struggle with everyday life stressors, those that are impacted by mild, moderate, severe and chronic mental illness. My background includes adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics who are struggling with mental health challenges. In 2017 I began working in leadership at Gateway Homes, Inc. where I gained expertise with serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. My practice opened in 2020 and I continue to provide direct services to individuals in the community who are struggling with different social, emotional and behavioral issues that are causing discomfort.

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent. One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

I’m Crystal Scott, a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, honest, practical, and deeply human. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling of being stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I combine evidence-based techniques with genuine conversation, reflection, encouragement, humor when appropriate, and practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what is really going on. At the same time, I will gently challenge you to recognize patterns, strengthen boundaries, build confidence, improve communication, and make choices that better reflect the life you want to create. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own, being the strong one, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own. You do not have to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan. We can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and identify realistic steps forward together. My ideal client is someone who is ready for support, insight, and meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to begin. Whether you are healing from a painful experience, adjusting to a major change, rebuilding trust, managing difficult emotions, or learning to reconnect with yourself, I will meet you with empathy, patience, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and culturally aware space where you can genuinely feel seen and understood. My work centers on helping people navigate emotional ups and downs, major life transitions, and the lingering impact of early experiences that still shape how they move through the world today. I lean on evidence-based approaches, but I bring them into the room in a real, grounded way—so we’re not just talking about what’s hard, but actually uncovering root patterns and building tools that support real, lasting change. And before anything else, I want to acknowledge that choosing to show up for your mental health is huge. Taking that first step says a lot about your strength and your desire to grow, and I’m here to support you through that process.

I am a licensed psychologist with an interest in helping people live the life they want. I will help you gain self-awareness and understanding to help you be better able to manage and control your emotions, and by extension, your life. I have also received training in a variety of other treatment modalities and believe in providing high quality evidence-based treatment. Hello, and welcome. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. I’m a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and honest. While I provide empathy, encouragement, and support, I also believe growth sometimes requires direct conversations delivered with care and respect. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, but I’m also willing to challenge unhealthy patterns, help you gain insight, and encourage accountability when needed so you can move forward in healthier ways. With experience working in emergency departments, psychiatric units, transitional housing programs for substance abuse, and with military families, I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most difficult and emotionally complex experiences. These settings have strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure while helping clients feel grounded, heard, and empowered during challenging times. My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation, to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you cope more effectively, improve emotional balance, and create lasting change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or simply ready for growth, therapy can help you gain clarity, healing, and confidence. I would be honored to support you on that journey.

I offer therapy grounded in compassion, care, and consistency. I believe in holding space for both grace and accountability — creating a safe environment where you can be honest with yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and grow. Together, we’ll work to identify and confront the distorted thoughts and false beliefs that often fuel anxiety, depression, and disconnection. My deepest desire is to help you break free from cycles that keep you stuck and to support your movement toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.

Whether you're working through anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or spiritual burnout: therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and wholeness. Together, we’ll integrate your faith and mental health in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and empowering. Hi! My name is Cassie, and I'm a Christian, faith-based therapist located in the sunny (and sometimes rainy!) state of Florida. The questions posed above speak to challenges many of us are regularly faced with, but may find it difficult to speak about. Instead, we may find ourselves harboring feeling of shame and guilt which blocks us from pursuing and receiving the help we need. Well, here’s the good news! Therapy with me is conducted within a safe, judgment-free space, where I provide opportunities for you to face those challenges and express those feelings. . I believe in the power of faith to guide healing, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals who desire therapy that aligns with their beliefs. At each stage of treatment, we’ll collaborate to assess and engage in a way which best fits you. With over six (6) years of professional experience, and a host of treatment methods to rely on, you can rest assured in my ability to meet you uniquely in your place of need. Ultimately, my desire is to help you reach a place of freedom and peace, where you can begin experiencing incremental yet impactful improvements to your overall wellbeing so your life and relationships can bear the fruit they were always meant to.

If you have experienced trauma, you may find it very difficult to trust new people. And many people who have trauma may also have fears about feeling judged, or rejected. It can even feel hard to trust your own mind. I'll work to create an emotionally safe place for you to tackle the things you feel are getting in the way of being able to live a fulfilling life, and to get the help that you need. Helping people to get better is a big part of my life. I want everyone who sits across from me to feel accepted, included and unjudged. I try my best to approach life with empathy and humor. And I hope I bring that into every therapy session.

I know how easy it is to become the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, or emotional pain underneath the surface. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning professionals, caregivers, parents, and leaders who are used to pushing through life while putting their own emotional needs on the back burner. Over time, that emotional weight can start showing up in relationships, work, sleep, mood, self esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. I specialize in EMDR therapy and work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and grow. Together, we will explore not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences may still be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and connect with others today. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace. With over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, I am passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and feel more emotionally connected, balanced, and like themselves again. I provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.

Greetings! My name's Bertrona Freeman and I am a compassionate and practical therapist who supports adults navigating substance use concerns, anger, grief, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships stress, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while also encouraging accountability, self-awareness, and meaningful change. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to better understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve decision-making, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I have experience engaging clients individually and in group settings, using psychoeducation, skill-building, and relatable discussions to help clients connect what they learn in therapy to real-life situations. I believe therapy should be both supportive and useful, offering clients a safe space to process painful experiences while also developing tools they can apply outside of session. Whether a client is working through grief, managing triggers, addressing aggressive behaviors, rebuilding after substance use, or learning to become more emotionally present in relationships, I strive to meet them with empathy, honesty, and respect. My goal is to help clients gain insight, increase emotional awareness, and create lasting changes that support healing, stability, and personal growth.

My practice welcomes individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in proven clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Treatment always begins with sound clinical, evidence-based care. When a client identifies their Christian faith as an important part of their life and healing journey, Scripture and faith-based principles may be thoughtfully integrated in a reflective and therapeutic manner to foster insight, hope, emotional regulation, and resilience. Faith is never used as a substitute for clinical intervention but serves as a complementary resource when it is meaningful to the client.
